ViVi is AMAZING!!!I used to go to a different ViVi location years ago and it was just ok. In the past year, I've gone to this location of ViVi a few times and WOW. Wow!!!The flavor selection is extensive, and love the non-dairy options. But the BOBA - oh it is huge, so fresh, so chewy, absolute perfection. And - they open at 12pm and have fresh boba available right away. Most boba shops don't have boba ready yet for the first hour they're open, but not ViVi. Brilliant! The basil popcorn chicken was also delicious. I wish I lived closer - if you have the opportunity to grab tea here, GO!

One of my favorite bubble tea places! We love passion fruit slush and tacoyaki.

Bright and cheerful ambiance with polite and friendly staff. The milk teas are delicious, and the food is reasonably priced. If you want a quick pick-me-up tea or coffee drink or an Asia-themed snack or quick bite, this is the place to go when in the Brighton Center area.

Funky little bubble tea shop. Not a lot of seats, good for a quick drink pick up and go. The price is normal for bubble tea around the area. The fruit teas could be a little more flavorful. The baristas were kind. I would come back.

Great place to get bubble tea in brighton. The green onion pancakes taste great every time I've gotten them. I just wish there was an option to decide the sweetness level (lower) when ordering.

Everyone is always really nice and the drinks are great! today I ordered via a third party website and when I arrived they made sure to let me know I had overpayed (oops!) and they were working on having it corrected, even though it wasn't their system at fault. It meant a lot to me that they wanted me to get my money back even though it wasn't technically their fault! I love it here and I'll keep coming back - and ordering via the official website :,)

On my trip to Japan I was trying bubble tea and cannot get over how bad it was. There's nothing like this bubble tea. Definitely recommend.

Boba tea is one of my favorite snack drinks to have and finding a good one can be a hit or miss. This one was def a HIT!! With its anime pop charm and bright colors this little boba shop lures you in and keeps your eyes busy. With SO many flavors it’s hard to choose so I went with my fallback favorite: taro with tapioca boba, yum.If you’re in the are this is def worth popping in and grabbing a drink to go!

Great bubble tea as well as taiwanese snacks. They offer anything from fries to sausage as well as their signature taiwanese popcorn chicken with five seasoning flavors. The spicy one is my favorite.

If you want this bubble tea, I would do so interacting with the staff as little as possible (i.e. use their remote terminal). Why?It's simple because they are not very good at "service." Imagine this:You arrive at vivi's and seeing someone already at the terminal ordering, you decide that you'll just go up to the register to place your order. However, that's when problems occur. Firstly they can't seem to find the drink you want to order (a simple cold green tea with half sugar and no ice) but when they do finally find it they input the drink wrong (i.e. sugar and ice levels). They make your incorrect drink and when you realize that it is wrong and tell them of the issue...instead of them fixing it they tell you "sorry they cannot" because it has been sealed.SEALED and THWARTED. Like the plastic seal on top of the cup requires the most special of tools to remove it. It's been so securely sealed that it would require a group of highly trained experts to safely break into this tea cup.Honestly I was speechless. Only after insisting that I want them to change it, they did it (amazing! they found a way!) but not without a complementary glare like I've wronged them. This is just odd behavior in my eyes, why? Simply put there are a dozen bubble tea shops in the area. Do we really need to patronize a shop that while might have good boba tea is so widely incompetent in problem solving? So I'm out. On a side note, their popcorn chicken is pretty good imo.tldr; decent boba, good chicken, bad service.

We've always been a huge fan of Vivi ( the Quincy location). Went to the Brighton location for the first time a couple of weeks ago and ordered our usual go to drink ( Kumquat lemon ice jelly).Entered the store with no customer service - there were 3 college kids sort of just hanging out on their own behind the counter. Kumquat ice jelly tasted totally different than what we normally have and I'm sure they gave us a Grapefruit slush instead ( we have had this drink for years so we know exactly how it tastes). Inquired about it and all they responded was yes we have to add grapefruit in it.... Made no effort to help ( curious what if customers are allergic to grapefruit). Overall, very bad experience with this location and will def. not come back!

I love Vivi as a chain, and this location is pretty on-par. I especially love their basil popcorn chicken- always fresh and a heaping serving. The tea at this location does feel a little less fresh, though. I’m still going to keep going here though!

It’s Ok. I would consider it expensive as a $7 drink without any ingredients from fresh/squeezed fruits (strawberry) at all.

They gave me a free drink while I was waiting. These guys are so kind! I never mind waiting :)
