Didn't get what I ordered, and no utensils, what I got was terrible. I threw it out

I used to always get food here and never a problem but I was eating a plate and found a cockroach on my food.

I ordered for delivery and the security told me the driver was cold, no hello,no good evening. Also I ordered a large wanton soup which had a very Smokey taste it made it impossible to eat I also got chicken fingers and at least those were good.

Not much to say except try Yummy Town if you want food that's decent.

I'm currently staying in a hotel from out of town and ordered from this restaurant the following:- 2 liter of soda- Wonton Soup- Lemon Chicken.Instead of a 2 liter I received 3 cans of Coke and was informed they were out of 2 liters. Doing the quick and dirty math a 2 liter is ~67.6 fl oz. A Can of soda is 12 oz. 67/12 = 5.58. So I should have received a minimum of 5 cans for cost, technically 5.5. So 5 cans or 6.I also received no flatware with which to eat my meal. No chopsticks, no fork, no spoon, nothing.Luckily I was able to go to the lobby and get some disposable flatware, but that meant coming all the way up to my room, unpacking the food, realizing I had nothing to eat it with, and having to go back down to the lobby. Not a huge deal in itself, but when coupled with the soda issue (especially since the soda is already overpriced, but again stuck in a hotel and figured I'd eat the cost to have it delivered rather than making a trip out to the store).

Definitely the worst Chinese food ever,Order over 100$ on food for my crew and we had to throw away the chicken because wasn't cooked right and the rice is supposed to be combination but is just the rice nothing like the picture on the website

The dinner room in this place is almost closed. I love the Chinese food and this was the first time I went to this place. The dinning room wasn't in conditions to eat in there. A lot of boxes around, bad smells and a poor service makes me leave the place. Maybe they do a lot of deliveries, but not recomended to dine in??

Food is subpar. I do like their pan fried noodles. They give us everything we order and there’s not a big problem with it, I just would rather eat somewhere else compared to here.

Alright. I already deleted my most recent review , only because I think the manager ( the owner's son ) is a loose canon. After some more thought I've decided to repeat my most recent review. 1) the food is not as good as it used to be. 2) it's a lot more expensive than it used to be. 3) the portions are smaller 4) we've been going there, mostly takeout since they opened. It doesn't happen often but when they make a mistake with a takeout order, they don't, or actually won't, correct it. 5) the last time I was there, the manager was yelling at a customer when I walked in. Apparently, the order was wrong and the manager was yelling at the customer that his stupid wife doesn't know how to order. Stupid wife?? I cannot imagine how he learned his customer skills. It was the worst performance I've ever seen by a manager in a restaurant. His mother (or family) should sell the business before he completely destroys it. We now go to a Chinese restaurant around the corner from them. They are polite and the food is better..

We have ordered twice from this restaurant most recently on NYE. Excellent as always. We don't always order Chinese but when we do, it's Chinatown for sure. Highly recommend

Ordered food on line for pickup at 330 the next day. Went to pick up. Waited half an hour. Asked several times where my order was. Said they were working on it. After half an hour and getting increasingly aggravated finally got my order. It had been sitting there the whole time. Got it home. It was cold. Also missing one item. Very poor customer service

This is one of the worst restaurants around. They have no customer skills and don't deserve to be in business. It was my go to place for years but I will never go back

To be clear this gets ZERO stars for food and customer service. I ordered crab rangoon and peking raviolis. After consuming one of each I noticed a large bug floating in the duck sauce. I was instantly sick. My husband drove the food back and the guy behind the counter was rude and pretty much said oh well bugs happen, sometimes we have mice too. This response confirms for me the cleanliness of this establishment is VERY questionable.
