I orginally called the store to see if they had any opening positions they were looking to hire, how the manager responded was so arrogant and careless and seem like she did not want to be there. Just by the tone of her voice it was like she’s just there to clock in and collect her check and clock out. Honestly I’m glad I’ve had that experience because that sets the tone for myself. I’m a very outgoing friendly person as well as over achieving and that it not the type of manager that would be a fit for me. I also asked if she knew anywhere else that’s looking for openers (within her branch) and she would not / failed to tell and or point me in the direction to do so or figure it out. This manager gets -0 stars from me.

Rudest drive through operator I’ve ever had to deal with. Would give one star but 2 stars because a different lady was at the window and was very kind, she also gave me a large coffee instead of a medium to save face which I did appreciate but still wish I didn’t go through

Got 2 gift cards. Have 2 use them somewhere. Got cut off by crazy woman. When I tried to pay, found out she paid for my entire order, and apologized to the Dunkin worker for me.

This Dunkin's outlet is conveniently located on a busy corner next to the Brockton commuter rail station train tracks. It's on the west side of the tracks while the entrance is on the east side, but this is a 5-minute walk at most. Given that this is Dunkin's, the food and drink are typical bland fast food fare, but at least things were dependable enough for me. I'd ordered ahead of time via the addictive Dunkin's mobile app and found my americano ready for me upon arrival, and the dudes working this store were super positive and helpful. Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions whatsoever.

I came here to get a quick coffee and a Haitian man was talking to the manager he was Haitian as well they was talking for 16 minutes while I was in line. This was unacceptable. I was mad but the guy apologized and the manager did not part his crusty lips to say anything

One question do you want coffee are you in New England all right then you answer is you should go to a Duncan overall this Duncan is extremely delicious and really well kept so out of most of the duncans that have in Rhode Island or that I've been to this is probably one of my favorite ones good not just because I look closer the staff here just amazing
