II ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and 4 extra large coffees. The grilled cheese sandwich contains two pieces of stale cold bread that can't be chewed because it was so stale the outside was hard and the inside was cold and soggy. There was supposed to be a combination of American cheese and white cheddar cheese. There was absolutely more bread than cheese and the cheese was a very thin layer of orange American cheese, which I could only see by tearing off the top piece of bread. 6 dollars for an inedible, disgraceful poorly made sandwich..unreal. The coffee was also expensive. 4 extra large coffees were ordered, which were supposed to contain sugar, cream and caramel swirl flavor. I tried to shake the coffee, thinking that maybe the requested flavor and sugar, etc was at the bottom of each. It was not. Meanwhile the order came to more than 40 dollars. I ordered through Uber Eats, so I have to throw everything away and I am unable to get a refund. I tried calling the number on the receipt as well as the same number on Google, but it brings me to a number saying that it was some type of giveaway number, unless they are giving away coffee and grilled cheese made properly, I am not interested...so don't try calling them, you get a scam giveaway company...so disappointing and irate after spending so much money for absolute trash.

This is the worst Dunkin’ in Brockton the new Junky Dunky the service was horrible the staff very very rude and unprofessional I personally think that this location need a visit from the health department they’re serving expired food using expired milk in the drinks and the manager is a real c u next Tuesday type of woman her name is Tanya

Recently a friend posted on social media about the Butternut donut. So I decided to get one and try. Never had it before. It was denser than others and a bit on the hard side. Not my favorite donut. But I said I tried it. It was easy to order via the mobile app. My order was ready within minutes.
Just an overall good atmosperical, service friendly, experience. ☺

The line was a bit long but, I had a large order also. Considering everything they pretty much got through the line very quickly and my order was correct. That alone is a plus matter where you go.
