If your white, don't go here. Just got looked at and passed over, served other people of the non white skin tone but we got passed over. Finally said can we order and got looked at and eyes rolled. So they want to only serve 13 percent of the population (black people) this place will lose money and close soon. Most racist people along with the Starbucks at the mall also. So again, if your white don't go here, they should have a sign out, BLACKS ONLY!!!!!

Was my all time favorite Dunks. I always drove out of my way . I’m from east Bridgewater. But now it’s gone with the wind ! They had a great crew walk in they greet you, if you was waiting they reassured you they will be right with you. They always were smiling . Not no more. They all were nice Especially a girl they called Cici (she would remember customers orders) she always greeted good morning how are you doing today . The Manager seems like she is working against them not with them. Maybe they just need new management she is so loud and rude lately .My order is getting made wrong ,will say bye to this Dunkin . Good luck.

on Saturday at 1300hrs, November 11 Veterans Day. I went to get my free donut from Dunkin’ Donuts. The employee told me that they only give out free donuts on Wednesday. I’m not concerned about getting a free donut. I could buy my own donut. I think the employee’s should be well-trained & knowledgeable. I guess only certain veterans get a free donuts on Veterans Day.

I was the only car in the drive through. 5 mins for them to ask my order. Which was only 1 Lg coffee Then I waited at the window while the worker stood there doing nothing except talking to his co worker. He finally comes to the window doesn't say anything !!! Just puts his hand out for payment. Then after 2 more mins I finally get the coffee. No thank you, have a nice day ( NOTHING ) rude disrespectful workers here. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of others around. I'm done going there !!!!!!!!!!!!!I wouldn't even give it a 1 star but apparently 1 is the minimum!!!!

My first time at this location of Dunkin' and I'm truly disappointed. I went through the drive-thru to order a coffee. The young man who took the order had no customer service skills at all. After taking the order. He said nothing, he didn't ask if I wanted anything else , he didn't even thank me for the order, nor did he tell me to drive around to the window, absolutely, nothing. I had to ask if my order was all set. To which he answered rudely, "yeah". I was taken back. When I did drive around to the window, I ask the young lady at the window if a manager was on duty. She told me "no" and then told me a manager wouldn't be on duty until Tuesday. I thought to myself that couldn't be true. What I do know, I would never go back to that location, especially, if that's the type of service I am going to receive. Just ridiculous.

The employees at 1775 Main Street Dunkin are my absolute favorite there! I'm a regular and they all recognize me the second I walk in! More than half the time I go in there they see my face and IMMEDIATELY start making my coffee! And they are all the sweetest girls there. and the tall guy who always makes my hash browns always throw a couple extra in there and I absolutely love & appreciate him for that. I've had problems at all the dunks in the surrounding area. And not once has my coffee been wrong. Now that is incredible! I will always recommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone who asks! 10 outta 5 stars for me!
