This is my favorite Dunks from Boston to Brockton. This location makes my coffee to perfection!!!.. I think this should be the training hub. They aren't friendly, but they aren't unfriendly either... it's like come get what you want and keep it pushing ? . But they do make sure you're all set. And as long as my order is right and I'm not treated bad .... it's a WIN!

The morning crew of ladies which wait on you are exceptional, but like most Dunkin' donuts the coffee eventually goes downhill. this place is no exception. The coffee usually tastes burnt and sour like either the pots haven't been cleaned or the water is just nasty. Other than their main staple, the coffee being bad, the rest is great. It's odd because coffee is the simplest thing to make and what brings most people in the door, and yet people and businesses usually choose this to skimp on and it eventually makes the business go downhill.

Decaf, oat milk lattes were bitter, acrid, and barely warm. Missed part of our order. One latte was almost half filled with foam, the other had about 1" of foam. Unfortunate Dunkin' Donuts experience.

HOW can it possibly take a mistake in ur shop. Phone number is out of service. Employees under the influence that's how. No manager equipped to run this store. You build a beautiful new store and you run like this. I ordered a coffee cake muffin with butter I got a chocolate chip muffin with butter

Not only were they loud in the restaurant that I could not hear myself order, upon reaching the second window and only getting a drink I asked about the food, the yound man replied rudely "I'm making it now" with a very arrogant tone. Keep in mind there was no one ahead of me nor following me! I had to patiently wait for my mini bagels therefore I had enough time to write this review!

Been going here for 3 years and they have never screwed up my order. I definitely consider that a win, especially with all the other Dunks in the area. Always great service!

Got to Love DD Perks. Free drink earned today. Coffee made perfect. Food was great.
Same as any other Duncan. One thing that really irritates me is when I ask for espresso shot in my iced coffee they pour the hot Expreso over the ice then the coffee then my choice of milk every single time I get it there's like three or four ice cubes left in the drink, I think they should have Fresh espresso chilled ready for iced coffees, that's my professional opinion

Two stars because the service was good. Would be one star if based only on quality. Don't come here for espresso. They use the same poorly roasted beans for espresso as they use for everything else. Acidic, bitter, devoid of taste.
