I love going to this Dunkin. I was looking for a quiet place to take my lunch break and this was the spot. I love their new sandwich that they have on the menu: "Pesto Tomato Grilled Cheese" so good! I loved this place so much that I went there everyday that I was working in the area. This Dunkin's is spotless and the team that works their are friendly and professional! They even offered to have my lunch ready before I got there. How nice is that?

I dearly love this Dunkin I go there every morning. That doesn't change the fact that the staff is incredibly abrasive borderline on rude a lot of the time. They also have really bad hours of operation, went to get coffee at 3pm once and they were closed.

Ordered small hot coffee which was almost white, too much cream. I asked girl to pour more black coffee and she did, no problems. I thought I also ordered plain bagel with my coffee, but maybe Ididn't, may I said croissant, I don't know. Gave croissant back, said sorry and that I wasn't trying to be rude and person who,brought bagel to me , seemed to be the manager, she was so darn rude as she quickly gave me bag and said have a nice day really harsh and walked away, I guess that's the type of customer service she trains and encourages her employees to follow. Unbelievable!
