The food is ok here.The problem is it’s so dark that you can barely see the way to walk and the food you eat. Your hibachi cook will go on lunch and not cook for you during noon because it’s his lunch time. And he will ask you to tip every time he cooks you food.I would rather go somewhere else.

The Ambiance was very nice, I enjoyed it. It was in a way too dark to see what you were eating. I suggest putting extra lighting on the tables. Food was good and lots to choose from. The ice cream was hard to scoop, it would have been nice to have a better scooper or hot water often in the bowl for the scooper. Other than that it was a nice experience.

Great option for going with family or a group of friends. The buffet is really worth the price, the variety is huge in both main courses and desserts. I just think they could improve the service a bit, and be a little less hasty in bringing the bill to customers, it gives the impression they want us to leave quickly. Other than that, if you're the type of person who doesn't mind much, it's a good place. 7.5/10

There are many choices in the buffet more than any other buffet. The best part is you may grab a styrofoam container and pick as much as you want and they charged you by the weight. It's super inexpensive and very tasty!
Unfortunately, it was our first time here. I asked, and there is no relation to Rainham, but it is very similar. I have been going to Rainham for over 20 years and never once had a problem and everything is always nice and fresh. But at this Brockton location, I threw away more food than I could eat half was rancid or had a chemical taste. It was not me either. There was a party of us maybe 14 of us and many people said they couldn’t eat a lot of the food a lot of it was just gross mushy and had like a bleach ammonia taste I will not be going back. Just take the ride to Raynham even if it’s a little further from you.

The SERVICE, JUST RUDE WAITRESSES and THIEVES. I'm NOT against leaving a tip when it's earned. BUT the prior week, took a friend out to eat.... everything went just fine except at the end. Had a bill of $42.55, gave $45. My change was NEVER brought back to me and I never once indicated that was the tip. Usually I want my change back for the smaller bills and I'll leave $5 to $7. Just the very fact my change was converted into a tip absolutely pissed me off...and not like anyone came back and asked me if that was in fact a tip... this was 2/2, Decided to give them a final shot and make a point. This time I left exactly $42.55 in the tray and wanted to see the reaction. The server leaves the tray, she literally counts the money at table, takes it to the register and comes back, literally and I shit you not, taps on the tray, telling me to leave a tip and whatever she said in her native language to me, she was angry & upset. Mind you this is a buffet, they're just bringing drinks which they mix up alot....they stand around watching you eat too... I left a nice note explaining what happened last time and why no tip was being left since they stole my last one, It's the principle. You don't just convert someone's change to your tip, that's for the customer to decide. The sheer rudeness of it all was and is just unacceptable.
