They need stop socializing and pay attention to the customers...get the orders right...gave me a busted carton of fries and I'm sure they hit the floor because I didn't even have half of them.Got the burgers wrong and was missing one...still they insisted I was wrong even though they were checking the bag as one employee came and put a burger in my bag..I know what I ordered and can see what was not in the bag ..this location is getting so bad..and of course fries were not Even warm let alone hot!!

This place is impossible. It's within walking distance which is why I go. But it's expensive, they never have ice cream and don't refund you if you bought it via the mobile app.I've lost so much money for paying for items they don't have.And it doesn't help I need to wait at least 10 minutes EVERY. TIME. Just to get someone to acknowledge that I'm waiting at the mobile order pick up spot.This isn't an occasional problem, I go here more than I'd like to admit, and it's EVERY. TIME. To the point that I'm shocked when I go to any other McDonald's and get prompt service and actually get what I ordered.Parking: There aren't a ton of spaces, but there usually are a few spaces.

Service at this McDonald's has been lacking due to the younger variety of workers who are usually at work during the afternoon and evening times. Their manager Maria is amazing altogether and helps out when she can but the younger workers really ruin it for people when orders are delayed or the front is not being operated AT ALL due to not paying attention.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and ramps to get in easy

Truly disappointed in the portion of a caramel sundae received in the drive thru. Approximately, $5.00 for a sundae and the container wasn't completely filled. Purchased a caramel sundae at McDonald's on Pearl St and it was considerably less than $5.00. Will definitely stop patronizing this establishment. McDonald's on Pearl St. has a new customer. Check out their prices and save some money ?$$$

Went thru the drive thru and it appears that the young pansh girl at the 2nd window was rude, probably a racist. Would never return.
McDonald’s is usually not a very pleasant experience here, there is not good service and sometimes the food comes cold, watery soda, anyway, I only recommend the drive thru and the dollar menu.

when I got my McDonald’s for my son he asked for 1 mchicken I think is how us spell it it and he got a Big Mac with mayo and ketchup on it and the wait was mad long pls the employees were not the nicest there’s only one person who can serve me there because they aren’t brain died and now I got a mcchiken with ever topping and a extra patty what I don’t order and I didn’t even get a re fund it is was brand new no bites out of it and I didn’t even get anything or new food they said don’t be a little b word and my wife got mad pissed at this and started swearing at him and she left and my son came home crying
