Cleve from Only One Jamaican restaurant II in Brockton MA is the man. Cleve thanks for making our trip a memorable one. My husband and I live all the way in Norwood and we were looking for this restaurant (we couldn't remember the name), when we found it we were so happy.My husband doesn't eat rice and Cleve offered him options, instead of just dismissing him and saying, "well that's what we have" he gave suggestions and my husband was able to get a bit of raw veg and steam Cabbage to make his a meal. You know how some ppl can be a bit cross, well Cleve was very accommodating.Now; I had the oxtail and boy I must tell you, it's THE BEST oxtail I have had in a while!!! It was tender, falling off the bone juicy, so succulent! ? ? ? Mnmnmnnnn. Finger licking good! And the flavor chart is number one.The jerk chicken was fire, and the curry goat was bomb! Not gonna lie the pork looked good too. I must also mention, they have plenty of options, from 2 types of fish, to curry goat, to sweet and spicy chicken. We'll come back for more stuff. Food is soo good that’s why I came back but did not expect the service I got. The man that took care of the customers while I was in there said little to nothing and when he did they were rude cold responses. I asked for the rest of the cabbage in their container and he told me there is none when there was more than enough for one portion. It just threw me off and made me feel stupid.

The customer service is beyond poor I only go there if I'm extremely tired and don't feel like driving elsewhere. Otherwise I would drive 20 mins out my way rather than buy food there

I was gonna offer the lady that served me my food after I paid for it because the only excuse she could have had for throwing my food in the box the way she did ( very sloppy) was because she was hungry and mad - no customer service and just unpleasant and no pride in presentation as a Jamaican from out of town I would never support them again!
Unprofessional. Showed no emotion. Had an attitude the whole time. I will not back with poor customer service.

It is a small place for takeout. I really like that I can see the food before I order. I got a good helping of rice and delicious stew chicken my daughter got fried and my husband got curry chicken. The food was tasty, next time I will get a large so I get more meat. Really it's a great value for the price.
