I was there today! Spent a good amount. The service was terrible, staff did not know what they were doing, the place was dirty, water leak in dining area from the soda machine, the chicken was burnt and dry, staff had no hair nets and touching money to packing food with no gloves.... recommendation.... big fat 0!!!!! Horrible.... they definitely need better management!!!

They are supposed to close at 9 pm, we arrived at 7:50 pm, when we entered a worker with obvious annoyance yelled at her other workers to give her the key to close the door because she would not serve any more customers. He was rudely telling the other two people who were in front of me in line that they didn't have any more fries, so we decided to just order a Fanta soda, he told me that he didn't have cents to give me the change, and that I should take out the Fanta of orange from the Fanta Strawberry dispenser because they had moved it, I didn't want orange Fanta, I precisely wanted the Strawberry one, so I asked for my money back.Terrible customer service. It is not the customer's problem when they do not have the money to change.

This is undeniably one of the worst Popeye’s locations in Massachusetts. The food quality consistently disappoints, the store operates on irregular hours, and the employees lack attentiveness towards guests waiting for their orders. At times, they close abruptly or even refuse to prepare meals. The restaurant is always filthy. This location needs to close permanently.

The old (narcissist) Indian manager there was really rude and racist towards me when I was ordering because I had a difficult time understanding her heavy accent, I had to ask her a couple times to repeat what she had said, then she unexpectedly started going after my character by saying her life was better than mine, why? Because I'm black? Then told me to leave, canceling my order. The funny thing is, most of the employees were black as well but couldn't stand up for me, perhaps because they didn't want to face the repercussions of the possibility of getting fired, which I can understand. The mindset of some prejudice people when you unintentionally touch their buttons, like why is she managing popeyes at Westgate?...Get someone more qualified, is that too hard to ask for? Y'all can keep that high cholesterol fried breaded chicken on the shelf for the brockton mice, I'm out.

For some odd reason the extremely either forget and or cheap with the sauces I mean which you have to pay 1.29$ but they have never found there way in my bag with order on several occasions be sure to ask delivery driver to check if they have your sauces added very

I usually don't write reviews but this one was too much! The employee had abviously a cold or something in that nature; she was coughing all over the place and she did not cover her mouth. It was not 1 or 2 coughs, multiple coughs. She was walking back and forth in front of the food that is ready to be served and even at the register when the other employee was taking an order.The manager at Popeyes Westgate Mall in Brockton, MA should have asked her either to go home or insist that she wear a mask at all time! She did not.

Don't ever go there after 5 pm . I got old hard chicken worse meal ever. This is the 3 rd time I have a bad experience at this location west gate never again???

The atmosphere was unwelcoming, as staff made customers wait without communication. The overall cleanliness of the place, especially the soda station, was disappointing.
