Newer to the Westgate Mall area. Fast/good service & quality. I always leave a tip ???Dietary restrictions: Starbucks specialty is custom orders. Which is best for ppl w.dietary probs. Also their menu is all gluten free.

I was on drive-thru waiting to give my order which took longer than expected being that the line was not long at all. Once the barista finally came to take my order (2:15pm) she was highly unprofessional by mocking my order in a condescending manner and chuckling the whole time. I didn’t comprehend what was so funny about my order. I never experienced any thing like this before in any Starbucks establishment. I didnt appreciate the mockery and unprofessionalism. This staff needs proper training. If she’s not happy about the job she CHOSE, she needs to pick a new one.

EDIT 10/26/23: Made a nice gesture with a giftcard in the drive through for me today after reading my review. This is after I gave them a chance again. Thank you!Worst drive through experience MULTIPLE times. I normally don't leave bad reviews but they got my order wrong or forgot things too many times to count on online order ahead drive through. I'm tempted to never order online again. It's a waste of time if they ask you what your order was IN the drive through and make it then and there anyway!!

Pulled into the drive through to order a frapp at 5:40pm. They close at 6pm. The girl said that the frapp machine was broken. My cousin left there 15-20 mins earlier with one so I find that hard to believe..Stick with the Starbucks on Belmont. Better service and they stay open later, too.

This is one of the dirtiest and unfriendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been into. The bathroom was dirty, the soap dispenser was broken and the soap bottle sitting by the sink was filthy and rusted out. The bathroom floor had unidentifiable matter on the floor and the store floor was dirty with boxes thrown everywhere and garbage. The counter was disgusting and very sticky. After I got one of my drinks, I had to ask twice for my second drink to be made. The employees were rude and didn’t want to acknowledge me even though they were all standing around. The only employee who actually appeared to be working hard was the employee working the drive through.

I don’t understand why this location is so SLOW. This is the last time I come here. There’s a line of 3 cars, it should not take me 40 minutes to get a drink. Everytime I come here it takes so ridiculously long. No other location is like this. I’m honestly done with this location.

Management at this location is not ensuring that staff know how to make the drinks, and allows them to make wild guesses when they are unsure. Is there no reference binder at Starbucks with info on the various drinks they sell? We ordered an iced London fog. That's Earl Gray tea, vanilla, and usually some dairy. First, a staff person asked us how to make it. We didn't invent this drink; it's on the menu! Even after explaining, what did we receive here? Watered down black tea and no vanilla flavor. There's no excuse for this at Starbucks premium prices. I blame management for letting this happen, not the staff who were probably put on the job with no investment in training.
