Had to wait about five minutes to be seated. Not because they were busy, but because the hostess was on her phone texting someone. Once seated took about 10 minutes for someone to come over and introduce themselves as our server and take drink orders.Food was delivered about 15 minutes after being ordered. Food was barely warm and just thrown about the plate. Taste was very bland and not very enjoyable.Thankfully they had a tablet at the table to pay the bill, because the server seemed to disappear after we were given our food. Did not visit with the expectation of fine dining, but given their prices the overall experience was very lacking. I have to don't see a reason to go back.

I like the chain, and this one is up to standards. My steak was perfectly cooked, the restaurant was clean, including the restroom, and the server was pleasant.

I just want to thank jill and appreciate her hard work in pick up. shes honestly amazing shes knows us and our order so well that even if we forget shes remembers and that is exceptional we know how busy texas road house gets and paying attention to details like that deserves recognition ? ? shes is always on top of it and always working hard very friendly workers like her are hard to come by. Shes definitely deserves a raise thank you from our family Danielle and jose ❤ and kids

We eat at the bar bartender was Friendly and provided fast attentive service. Great drink'sLast time we had a salad and steak this time had cold ribs, old dried out pulled pork.They gave me new fresh ribs . We refuse to get a new dish for the pull pork not a good experience this time.

Here for a "Birthday party," they forgot. No Happy birthday saddle riding...! After our food came, I noticed that my Filet Mignon and mushrooms were completely dry! I already ordered a 2nd drink. Waitress came, I told her that I hadn't got my drink... (2nd request). After waiting for my drink for some time, I called the manager over and asked for my missing corn, au jous for the steak and mushrooms, and again for my drink (3rd request).1.) Steak should never be served dry and without its own juices...!2.) Items ordered should never be missing, once served...!3.) Making three attempts and having to call the manager for my drink and missing items... SO wrong...!!4.) Had to request table clearing twice, and the table needed clearing when our meal was complete...! We wanted a dessert, seeing as how we were celebrating a birthday and seeing as how the restaurant forgot...! Every inch of the table was loaded and not being cleared, again for the third time! Five of us in disgust and with disappointment decided to NOT have a dessert...!5.) The tip minimum using a bank card was 15%... NOT deserved, sorry!

Gone are the days of Music, Entertainment, Fun servers, Peanut shells all over the floor. Even their Famous Cross Buns, the tastiest of all are bland no butter smeared across the top. I used to love it here. No more. I don't see myself back there anytime soon. Such a shame ?.

The manager was nice and attentive to us, but our waitress was lazy and distracted. At first my food came out cold, but that was quickly remedied. My wife enjoys the Prime Rib and she was satisfied with how it was cooked. This location lacks some finesse, so we will probably choose to frequent Deadham's location in the future jnstead.

We enjoyed dinner but the next day my dates credit card was pulled for fraud and we were sick for 2 days.
Do not get the Easter dinner. It will come with frozen rolls that takes 4 hours to defrost.

Ordered a sirloin got a flank not once but twice so disappointing my bartender was amazing love Sam !!if your going to Brockton don’t get steak it’s not worth the money oh and just to add this was my second time there but unfortunately my last

Waitress was extremely rude, every time we asked for something it seemed to be a bother. Caesar salad had ice cubes at the bottom of the bowl.. and the shrimp were not even half the size of the ones pictured on the menu. Horrible experience. The bread was the only thing that was good.
