3/22/24 I do not know why I return because I hate this restaurant. Asked for pickles, no pickles. Fries suck.3/13/23 got burgers last night and now both of us have food poisoning4/1/19 Went there a week ago and ordered food and they forgot two things, didn’t notice until I got home so I didn’t do anything about it. Then went there a day ago and they forgot half my order. Again.

Like this restaurant had lunch there today and the employee's were cleaning the dining room she was even wiping down the legs of the chair and they were very polite great job ?to the manger and employees.

I'm just ordering regular stuff in the morning and they tell me to pull over to the side to wait a long with two other people. This makes no sense. All I ordered was French toast and two sausage biscuits. Don't come here if you need to be on time for anything.

Ordered a Dave's single with cheese and light ketchup only from the drive-thru. When I got home, I found that the sandwich had everything but tomato. And it's cold. Very disappointment as our family used to frequent this store at least once a week but stopped going due to this very reason - something in the order was always wrong.

If I can give you cause 0 stars I would, service is horrible, from chef to the managers the place is poorly ran and has no care for the customers, just stealing money from the customers and not giving the customers the correct food item, food is never fresh always taste like it’s sitting for hours , poorly ran establishment that will never see my dime every again, mind you I live down the street from them, piss poor

They force you to get the largest combo everything, every time. Example the $5 bag they will charge you $6-7 and say they're not allowed to give you what you ordered. Staff are terrified of the management and getting fired to the point where they consistently steal from customers. 0 stars for this location

I'm beside myself at how the female (heavy foreign accent) at the drive-thru window was yelling at (yes, she was actually yelling) and continually berating the young man who was also at the drive thru window and is there clearly in training. I was at the window for probable 3-4 minutes and literally the entire time she just kept scolding him over and over and yelling at him so demeaning. He was very obviously embarrassed and couldn't even speak to me or look at me, and I actually don't blame him. What kind of trainers do you have? I hope she's not a manager because THAT would be a shame! This woman should be reprimanded, certainly re-trained on how to treat people like human beings, or maybe just fired. Horrible....

I have never waited so long in a drive through line before. Ordered online to grab some food "quickly" while on my dinner break from work and have been in line for 25 minutes before I even have gotten to the speaker. I really don't understand how it takes so long to make "fast" food. The people running this place need to hand the keys over to someone more competent because this ain't it.
