DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. (See below my first review and this was the Restaurant answer to my request:Hi Alina,Thank you for following up over email. I know the experience wasn’t what you were expecting but unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. We paid almost $50 for two small sandwiches and two drinks (water and iced tea) (including $5.00 tip). We went there on Sunday, March 31st, we ordered a roast beef panini and a Polpette sandwich. When I ordered the roast beef, the person in the front had no idea if they had roast beef available, he had to double check with the guy that was prepping the food. The panini came first, which made no sense because if there's two people on the table, you would wait to bring both meals at the same time. The panini was served cold which was a surprised to me because paninis are usually served hot. If they are served cold in this place, they should at least ask if the customer wants it toasted. When they toasted the panini, they called us and we had to get up to get the sandwich and minutes after, we saw the guy in the line bringing the meals to another table. Unprofessional and rude! Also, they put napkins on top of the sandwich which to me, is not a clean practice. The napkins go on the side of the meal or they are placed on the tables so that customers can grab them. The polpette sandwich was ok, the sauce and meatballs were ok. The customer service in this place needs to improve, the two guys in the front seemed to be bored and tired of people. They don't even greet or say thank you to the customer at the end. We didn't eve finished our meal because we got so disappointed that we ended up putting our meal to go. I would prefer 100 times to go to Dino's cafe at The North End and eat delicious sandwiches that will be much bigger, better quality and service for about the same price. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I ordered online and when I got there they initially couldn't find my order. They didn't find my sister's order at all and she had to order again at the counter. We just hope that she won't be charged twice. The food wasn't great. Pomodoro sauce tasted like vinegar. My sister's Alfredo sauce was just butter. I paid for extra cheese but there wasn't any on my pasta. They didn't have the Gluten free option they offered on their website.

Seeking shelter from the rain, I found myself at Bottega Fiorentina in Brookline, where I decided to try their decaf latte. While the latte was somewhat watery for my taste, the overall ambiance of the café more than made up for it. The place has a genuinely inviting vibe, perfect for a cozy respite on a rainy day. Although I noticed my table could have used a bit more attention in the cleanliness department, the café's selection of local artisan goods was impressive, showcasing a variety of unique items that caught my eye. In essence, Bottega Fiorentina offers a charming atmosphere for anyone looking to enjoy a coffee break while exploring local craftsmanship. Despite a minor hiccup with the beverage and table cleanliness, the café's warm environment and excellent assortment of artisan products make it a noteworthy stop in Brookline.

Paid $3.50 for adding meatballs to the pasta and they gave me one lmao

Terrible "Panini", just a mediocre non-toasted white bread sandwich for $17. I'd avoid.

The restaurant did some significant modifications recently, so it looks quite nice on the inside but the food seems to have significantly deteriorated in quality from what I recall a couple years ago. The Italiano was bland and the Caprese was horrible.

This is an authentic Italian market. I once ordered something that had unlabeled mushrooms in it (I'm allergic), but I went back and tried the pear walnut salad which was fine. My husband got the meatball sub. I'd go back to get Italian goods but maybe not the prepared food.

If you are Italian DON'T Eat here. Just got what they call a chicken parm sub. I can't even eat it. Huge chunks of over cooked dry chicken. Terrible!

Would not have guessed at a glance, the food would be so good. I loved it.
