Great coffee, breakfast and atmosphere! The caramel latte was delicious. We also enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches and frittata. The space is large with a good amount of tables for working. I loved the overall feel and atmosphere - chill and relaxing - just how you want to enjoy your coffeee.

Like other Cafe Neros, this place is cool to hangout in and the pastries are good, but I find that this one is often short staffed! Waits of 10-15 minutes for a cup of coffee on a Sunday. Only two people behind the counter, they definitely needmore

Amazing staff! The barista remembered that I normally get drinks with lactose-free milk (am intolerant) and when I forgot to order it, asked if I still wanted it and saved my stomach :)

Stopped by on Saturday afternoon, all tables were taken by people with laptops, who apparently just come there to sit for hours to work/study and use their wifi. Unfortunately, felt like in a student center. Left without getting a place to sit and grab coffee with food.

I really love this Cafe Nero. Best in Brookline /Boston by far. Great relaxing atmosphere, friendly fast service with good food recommendations and know your prefs if a regular. The team do the brand a great service. Obvious that well led by manager, Danny, and motivated to do a great job. Nice lunch options and good healthy options too. I work there a lot rather as a change to home office but pay my dues with regular coffee and food purchases and only charge up when really need to. My BIG ask for someone who doesn't like to carry cash - tips using cards as I have to tip in bulk when have cash but would only benefit the great staff who worked that day. The team are surely missing out?? Starbucks - you've got so much to learn about service. in UK, airports and In USA you are too slow! Starbucks Mobile orders get priority and the fancy drinks take far too long to make despite staff. you can be at front of queue at Starbucks and still wait 10 mins waiting.
