Tried to order an iced cappuccino, both baristas said they don’t do that. They do however make iced lattes, so I asked for that with just less milk. The Barista still said they don’t do that there. So I just went next door to Starbucks instead and got an iced cappuccino. Didn’t realize it was an issue to purchase a drink menu with less milk ??♀️

Came in today & ordered a decaf hazelnut latte. Repeated my order/needs twice to make sure they heard, & I can't have caffeine due to medication I'm on. First off my latte didn't have the hazelnut in it which I noticed after I'd left. About 20 minutes later I started feeling heart palpitations which is the side effect of having caffeine on my medication. This is a potentially dangerous situation and the staff obviously wasn't paying attention to what I ordered.

The pasties and desserts offered are a great assortment. The only qualm I have with this Cafe Nero is one of the employees who is downright rude and unprofessional.He has a Patriots hat on, which is fine, but he has one AirPod in, won’t greet you, talk to you, smile at you, NOTHING. He didn’t ask me if I wanted my stuff for here or to-go, so he put the pastries in a bag and haphazardly put them by the checkout area. He didn’t ask me what milk I wanted in my drink, which could be dangerous for those who are lactose/allergic to milk.When another customer behind me tried to strike up a conversation about his Patriots hat, he ignored him. Like ??? GROW UP AND FIND ANOTHER JOB.His other coworkers are nice, but his attitude is unacceptable. He should not be working at a place where speaking to customers is needed if he is going to be a unnecessary sourpuss. When I come here again and he’s working, I’d rather not interact with him.I have attached a photo so you know who to AVOID.

Always friendly service. Excellent lattes. Nice that they have caramel as a sugar-free syrup option beyond the usual vanilla. Sandwiches and desserts look great in the glass display case, but are a bit hit-or-miss when eaten. The bread on my last caprese sandwich was a bit stale, perhaps because it was late in the day. And the chocolate chip cookie was burnt a bit on the bottom. Go for the cinnamon roll instead. Warning: the shop often fills with people working for hours on end, leaving few, if any, tables available.
