I am trying to reach someone without success. My husband bought a challah last Friday. It was stale and undercooked in the middle. Perhaps the owner would like to reach out: Karen 310-850-4940

Omg! This is best place to get bake goods for breakfast, tea time and birthday treats. It’s an amazing eatery that serves all kinds of goodies. Welcome back, the entire community missed you.

Very sad they are temporarily closed! The service was always great!Bread was fresh and very tasty!Cupcakes and cookies decorated beautifully. For all the holidays the line was long so you know you would get fresh baked good, but hopefully when the line went down there were some items left! Great parking ! Hopefully they will reopen soon!!

Cheryl Ann's is my favorite bakery in the Boston area, hands down. Challah is sweet and soft, and the cookies are phenomenal. They're always friendly too. Can't wait until they reopen!

TLDR: Wow, this was bad! I tried the raspberry and cinnamon rugelach and a challah. Both typed of rugelach were aggressively salty and my family couldn't finish them. The Challah looked great and had the right texture, but it had a really off-putting rancid flavor, as if they used ingredients that went bad. I felt a bit sick to my stomach after eating it. They had the front door propped open with the temperature outside in the 30s and no apparent oven heat to compensate, so even the shopping experience was disappointing.

Whole in Boston we stopped here for Babka and cookies to take back to Cleveland. Worth every calorie and fantastic! I make homemade babka and CA's is so good that I would say it may even be better. Try both the cinnamon and chocolate. You will not be disappointed. Wish they shipped !

I bought a rasberry danish today and it was Horribly salty!! I spent $4 for something that was just not edible and it went into the trash. I forgot the last time I bought a apple danish it went into the trash also, TOO SALTY! Danish should not be salty. So, disappointing! The owner should taste the end result.

I've been going to Cheryl Ann's for eons. I remember taking my daughter there when she was a toddler and now, 21 years later, she still goes with me. We both absolutely love their half moons, bubke and challah. I have never had a bad experience here. I will be a customer as long as they're open...which I hope is for a long, long time!
