Early on in the week the lady that works never opens on time I order 15 minutes in advance so it can be quick store is still closed by the time I get there and food is never ready and I’ve waited 30 minutes before just on 2 things. Need to find better workers

Service at this Dunkin *really* depends on the crew you get. I still haven't worked out how to avoid the nasty ones, but they act straight up mean. Not aggressive, but they do little things that add up to put a real stain on my day (sometimes literally).The other people who work here are great. So I'm conflicted. Who would have thought there would be such drama around the coffee spot.

I beg you to turn down the music even a little bit. The employees are very nice & always get my order right, but it's a struggle because I can't hear them and they can't hear me. One time when an employee was struggling to hear my order, he pointed up at the speaker and said "Sorry, we have to have that." Why?? Who is forcing the employees to blast music?? I feel sorry for them and find this baffling.

Used to love this Dunkin but the service has gone wayyy down hill over the years

Came in before a road trip. Long line but it moved. No ventilation though. Hash browns were cold and the order we had was yelled out wrong and then when we didn’t respond the woman got annoyed with us when we realized it was ours. Plenty of parking and clean as far as Dunkin’s go.
