Once upon a time, this was the best and friendliest Dunkin' ever, easily 5 stars, and I was so happy to have it near where I live. The people were amazing, the vibe was neighborly, and the coffee was always right. That was in 2023, but sometime around the holidays, corporate decided a change was needed and completely turned over staff (notably putting up new signs discouraging chatting or idling under threat of termination). Now, I've just about had it with this location to the point of giving up coffee.The folks behind the counter are more often rude than not. Simple orders are rarely right, and sometimes they never get made at all. Twice I've received an entirely different drink than what I ordered, and now three times I've arrived for mobile pick-up to find that it was either taken by someone else or never made. This third time, it wasn't particularly busy, but I waited for 20 minutes in-store while staff avoided eye contact. 30 minutes after I'd made my mobile order, I walked out empty-handed. I'm not one to hassle service workers, but I just asked several times if any employee could help me and check on my order (a single medium coffee), and to a one, they all ignored me or flung a hand in my direction. As much as I blame corporate for the change in culture, this interaction was just so unnecessarily demeaning. This was my neighborhood spot once, and I'm never coming back here again.

While I have always appreciated the convenience of this particular establishment, the recent experiences have left me quite disappointed.First and foremost, the service speed at this Dunkin' Donuts is remarkably slow. On multiple occasions, I have found myself waiting an unreasonably long time to receive my order. It is evident that the store is often understaffed, with only two individuals seemingly managing the entire operation. or the opposite too many and not all of them suitable for the job.There have been instances where my order was misunderstood or not properly communicated to the preparation staff, resulting in incorrect items being served. This lack of coordination is frustrating and reflects poorly on the overall customer experience. This is not only inconvenient but also suggests a lack of foresight and preparation.As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect a certain level of efficiency and professionalism from a well-established brand like Dunkin' Donuts as many other locations. The persistent issues I have encountered at this location are not reflective of the quality of service I have come to associate with your brand.I understand that challenges may arise, but it is crucial for a business to address and rectify such issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

I had an amazing experience eating at this Dunkin Donut today. My Breakfast experience was ruined due to a nasty karen. The staff maintained a professionalism trying to please that karen , but that karen was being just a b. I witnessed the staff being really nice and kind to her. She was being so rude and unjust. Some people told her to leave because she was being super rude. . God bless this location.

This popular food that New Englanders have come to love, now reaches South, West and East as others discover this once regional treat. Service is great and getting greater as others are trained to serve. Whether one chooses take out or dine in, the staff and atmosphere are welcoming.

I’m waiting for my order, as a person walks in saying he forgot to take his donut. They literally pretty much ignored him. I felt so bad, and was about to offer to buy him a new one but he had left. There is no professionalism or kindness in this place. Don’t recommend

Just a regular Dunkin Donuts, but nothing in Brookline village has lasted as long as this store. Hats off

One of the worst managed stores I have ever been to…. The manager tried to steal money from me after over charging and then not refunding. And then proceeded to hide in her back office while the employees were left to deal with angry customers. The employee working the register tried to give me the owners phone number to call... Unbelievable.

Love my brookline village Dunkin! As an ex-Starbucks barista, I’ve always been partial to their hot drinks, but Dunkin beats Starbucks every time in speed (plus you can’t really beat a Dunkin iced coffee) …and they have donuts! The store was remodeled in the past year and is always super clean. I love the staff. Always get my drink and food orders correct and done quickly - highly recommend!

Lady with the bleached blonde hair will make you feel like she is annoyed that you're even there. The only time I sensed any joy in her is when she told me there is no public restroom. I said to her "aww, it's so hard finding restrooms for us USPS letter carriers" She reasons "...yep" with a smirk. Ruined my mood for the day.

Good coffee and service. NEW OWNER. Renovated. Handicap access/gender neutral restroom just ask. all the employees are polite and competent. the coffee is now up to standard. This location is small and no longer has seating but has a stand and eat table along the front wall. modern barista bar set up so the coffee of course is going to go through lines that have to be cleaned regularly. donuts are in a glass case as is the new setup in all the Dunkin' s. I highly recommend this location as of this year.
