I want you this morning to get a coffee. The girl tried to scam me by giving me the incorrect change intentionally and then she wanted to act like she didn’t know what I was talking about. Make sure you count change and look at your receipt before you leave this place.

Ordered for 1085 left at the door in front of 1081, also one of the sandwiches we ordered showed 5 slices of bacon, had 2, 1/2 slices for 7$ sandwich, 3 orange juice, for 2 and an apple. Charged my card 44$, was 32$. Messed up my order, left it at the wrong place when my direct number was in the order order notes, way to go,where is the customer loyalty? Be very specific!

My visit today felt like I was in crackhead area, at least don’t hire crackheads that smokes in front of the store on their brake.

In general, this place is not an amazing place. I have been to Dunkin's all over the city (and country for that matter) and none of them have had nearly as bad of customer service as this place. They stare daggers at customers who enter and talk to you like they don't care in the slightest. They are constantly out of stuff and their coffee tastes funny. Not sure if the machines need to be cleaned or what, but something's definitely off. Hoping they improve
Today was the final straw. Franklin appears to be gone and the Brazilians working there now are pigs, plain and simples. The problem started approximately one month ago when I applied for a job (see pics!) and the rude, sickly, apathetic manager, whose English was abysmal, refused to interview me for a job serving donuts and making coffee. The situation deteriorated from there. Every time I went in, the attitude was bitter, mean spirited and beyond rude. It was insulting and abusive. They do not know the meaning of the concept of respect for the customer. Today I gave Anna Maria my order for a wrap and unsweetened ice tea. The string bean guy with the scarred face came over and said we don't have unsweetened ice tea. He said I could have anything else. I requested a refund for the tea. She had told me that ice water is free; yet when there was no iced tea and I asked for ice water he said the price is 50 cents. I gave him 50 cents. I then sat down, began to enjoy my ice water and waited for my chicken wrap. Some time later Anna Maria came to my table, and without uttering a word, put $5.34 on the table in cash. As if to say here is your money, just plain leave. This hole in the wall encompasses customer service in America today. Pure filth has replaced friendliness, a helpful spirit, positive attitude and the desire to retain one's customer base, earn a living and hustle a little for a good tip. The nation has become pathetic.

Why does the coffee taste like baked beans? This is the only time I've ever had to throw out a full cup of coffee. And my husband, who never dislikes anything, did too. I love Dunkin, but this one is NOT it. Go to a different location.

The experience I had here was pretty good. Franklin has a cheery and positive attitude and that is a great way to start off the day. I will be coming back here to get a dose of that serotonin again ?Though, I was a little worried today because he seemed off and I saw him crying. I hope he is okay.
