I wish I could give this Star Bucks no stars. I was very disappointed today while trying to buy my favorite drink . When I order my drink it was just before a big rush of school kids that came in. As I was the only person POC in the store I had to wait till they served over 16 people before I received my drink. I noticed all of these people came in after me and was behind me when I ordered. I went up to the counter and had to ask where my drink was as I came in before all of these people who ordered after me and getting their drinks before me. I was confused at this time. The lady says oh it was a big rush and she will look into my drink in a minute. I’m not a person to raise the color card but today I realized what was going on and it made me feel away. I will never purchase from here again. I’ve never had an experience like this from a star Bucks before and I never will have another. I don’t ever leave reviews but today I felt something that I never want to experience again. Thanks Star Bucks of Brookline for opening my eyes!!!

If I could rate this location a zero, I certainly would. The morning staff is exceptional, but the afternoon crew, especially on October 11, 2023, left much to be desired. They made a mess of my drink, and after enduring a 20-minute wait, I brought it to the barista's attention. Unfortunately, she ignored me and continued making other drinks. After waiting for another 5 minutes, I had to approach the register to request a refund. I also informed the manager, who responded rudely and demanded I accept a replacement drink that the barista had finally made. This experience was characterized by terrible service.

The services I received yesterday were like no other. I had ordered 2 drinks and both were incorrect and when asked for a refund I was offered to take the incorrect items because they were "already made and the barista spent time on the order." The manager on shift was extremely inappropriate with said comment and I did not receive my refund for either drink. I will not be going back to this location because of the horrible customer service that I received. 0/10 would not recommend.

Clash In Numbers

I came in to this Starbucks to just get a drink. Little did I know that I would have the best customer service I have ever had. Celia was amazing to me. She was on top of things and would help me with any of my needs no matter what it was!! This management has a great taste in employees so I will definitely be back. Thank you Celia!!

We stopped by fir some drinks before going to the movies. Wgen my daughter took her credit card to pay, she placed the movie tickets on the counter and forgot them there. The movie was sold out. We were having a hard time convincing the movie attendant that we had lost the tickets. Just then, Ayo, the lovely barista addressed the attendant. She said that she noticed the tickets on the counter and while they usually wait for the patron to come back when things are left behind she decided to read the time if the film. Noticing that the movie was about to start, she ran to the theater to let them know that someone had lost their tickets. Ayo saved our afternoon. For this alone she deserves our praise and Starbucks, if you are listening, give her a pay raise, will you?
