Waited for almost an hour and never got food. People who ordered after us got their’s first, and when we asked for our status the staff ignored us over and over again. Probably someone stole our food, and no wonder! You have to gather like animals to fight and see the names on the bags coming out. It’s unnecessary chaos and the worst managed restaurant I’ve ever been in. The manager should go to literally any other restaurant to take tips on how basic food service works.

I was there today, let me tell .you. The amount of orders they crank/ door smash/ u we etc with only having 3 workers. These people worked hard to fill those orders while people who were waiting to eat inside being inpatient. I did have to wait like 15 min but it is what it is. This guys were working hard and understandable. Will come here again. Food hit the spot

I was there. It is located where Great Scotts used to be. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. An all star team of customer service oriented people work there. Bravo Taco Bell
30 minutes for nachos. Terrible service and unhelpful employees. When I asked for an update on my order after waiting for 30 minutes I was ignored. I will not return to this location.

I ordered something they didn't have any left of and they tried to just give me my meal without the entree without saying anything about it, the staff is so over worked I waited to ask a question at the front of the line for 15 minutes before giving up, and the pack of rideshare people packing around the pickup window like vultures is weird and uncomfy when you have to push through them to get your food.

On 02/16/2024 on Friday we ordered one taco bell pizza taco a vegan taco and a chalupa beef Supreme taco from door dash and the delivery man refuse to bring me my order I had to meet him outside in his car he said to me that he doesn't have to bring my food to me to the door and then when I open the bag up and i never received the vegan tacos I ordered and they gave me the wrong order that I didn't order and my tacos were mushy cold and not advertising and it was disgusting and there was no meat in my chapula Supreme taco at all I wont be ordering from this taco bell location on door dash anymore
