Failed to get substitutions correct. Self-service ordering station offered beverages that they couldn't supply. Charged for things we didn't. They didn't supply or check receipt, might have slimmed my card.

We ordered delivery via the Taco Bell app. After an hour of waiting, the order tracker on the Taco Bell app said the order wasn’t even done being made and the employees told the door dash driver it was already picked up and they wouldn’t remake it. I couldn’t even get ahold of the store to try and sort it out. Getting the order cancelled and getting a refund was a nightmare.

Hadn't had Taco Bell in a long time and it did not disappoint! Couldn't find an option to get a small or medium soda so I had to get a large. Highly recommend the Brisk Dragon PAradise Sparkling Tea if Baja Blast is too sweet for you!The restaurant got very smoky while I was waiting, so they might want to work on a better vetilation system. The employees were very nice!Vegetarian options: They had a mode on the kiosk where it would show you the vegetarian options whichmade naviagtion easier!

I literally ALL THE TIME see the guy's that prepare the food when there's down time and no customers, they sit on the ledge by the window, which is not an issue..but they sit there with their Gloves On, they rub their jeans, they scratch their face, they scratch their hair, they rub their eye's, they touch and hold their phone, they rub on their nose, they rub their arms, they drag their hands with their Gloves On all on the ledge, or counter top..and then when a customer comes they get up to go prepare the food, all mind you after doing ALL THESE NASTY THINGS WITH THEIR GLOVES ON, and they never change them..they just go prepare the food after they touched all these things with the same gloves..just NASTY!..and the weird part of it is that they seem to not know that it's wrong and DISGUSTING..they definitely NEED training in Infection Control..I don't know about the morning and afternoon crew, but that night crew of guy's are NASTY, DISGUSTING and GROSS when wearing those gloves and doing and touching everything and not changing to a new fresh pair of gloves when you're gonna go handle and prepare food for the customers..JUST NASTY and DIRTY.

Literally the worst Taco Bell experience ever. Skimped is an understatement. An actual 5 pieces of chicken in my chalupa and 3 tomatoes like?? It’s cheap food the least you could do is FILL the taco. Quesadilla and classic crunch taco were the same, basically half filled. What waste of money.

I went for Taco Tuesday because they are doing a promotion over 49 US States where you get a free Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco every Tuesday until 9/12/2023. I wasn't sure how to claim the offer in person, so I went to the website and ordered in advance for pickup. The order totaled $0 so it looked right.When I arrived, it looked like you also order electronically in the store, as there were screens near the front where you could order. There was also an assembly line behind a glass wall where the employees made the food, and at the end of the line there was a shelf with a bunch of bags for pickup. I walked over to the shelf and found my order right away. It was a pretty cool system that I hadn't seen before.As for the food, it was pretty normal Taco Bell. I like Taco Bell, and I was excited to try the Doritos taco, but it tasted just like a normal one that was a bit more messy to eat. Still, it was a solid Taco Bell taco. I'd come back if they had more deals or if I had a craving and wanted a quick pickup - I really did like the order/pickup system, but I give it 3 stars because in the end it is a Taco Bell. Satisfactory but nothing outstanding.

Got our entire $40 order wrong, had sauce on things that weren't supposed to, was missing rice and extra cheese on everything too. It was an expensive order and they didn't get anything right. Staff rectified the situation fast, but it shouldn't have got to that point to begin with. so much was wrong Won't be back likely
