I like going to Bickford's to enjoy breakfast food for dinner. The prices are low, but we always make sure to tip the waitstaff well for consistently amazing service!

My car broke down in front of this restaurant today leaving me my boyfriend and my three-year-old son stuck on the side of the road waiting for a ride when we started to walk away to try to find somewhere warm the restaurant open the door and asked us to come in to get warm They also provided us with a couple hot chocolate and a chocolate milk for my son! They also offered us some food, but we did not have any time to try some, but I will be returning in the future, not only to thank them, but to try the food the food looked and smelled great! It’s hard to find good people in this world still but the staff at the brickFord Grill in Burlington mass showed me that there are still kind people out there!

Angela was our waitress, she was polite, thoughtful and attentive. She came to our table 3 times to offer us a refill on our coffee. She was prompt with providing to- go boxes with our meal. We ordered the big apple which we find the portion to be too big, so we only eat half when we order it. The area was clean and service was well above average

Waited 35 minutes for a table. There wasn't a lot of options for people like me with high cholesterol. It's basically just your typical breakfast joint. Wait staff was helpful. They played 5 different Bon Jovi songs while I was there so Id assume the owner was a huge fan.

I always liked Friendly's, Brighams when I was a child. So I grew up with them and was sad when they both closed. As an adult I discovered Bickfords, so this is the last of the family oriented breakfast /lunch places to go to. They were closed for a while. Only to remodel. I finally got to visit and glad I did. The place looks newer, although I found it a bit smaller, but still new and nicer. The menu is actually smaller, because they offer less food choices. Breakfast is all day, and the similar items from the menu are still there. The lunch has less to choose from. The service is fast, very attentive waitress. I ordered my regular breakfast with eggs and pancakes. They were good. The coffee was hot. Glad to see it open and I will return with friends and family.
I just had a very nice dining experience at Bickford's Grille. I was greeted warmly as soon as I entered the restaurant, and was promptly led to my table. My waitress Lindsey then greeted me before taking my drink order. As an appetizer, I ordered a crock of New England clam chowder that was served, piping hot, and was delicious. For dinner I had the Ipswich whole belly clam appetizer that was also delicious. Lindsey was very pleasant throughout my visit.
