Burger was fine but there are better options nearby. Pickles were too salty and overpowered the burger without condiments. Onion rings and chicken tenders were burnt from being refried.

I stopped here on my way home from Burlington figuring that a hamburger was something easy to eat on my drive home and these burgers appeared a step above Burger King or McDonalds based on the positive reviews I read.I couldn't have been more disappointed. I can't really attest to the quality of the actual hamburger because they got my order wrong twice! By the time I realized it the second time I was already in the car and driving on the highway.I called and asked for a refund to which the reply came that I needed my receipt. I had already wasted enough time and wasn't about to pull over from the highway to read it off the bag. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time and certainly the only other one who needed it remade. The person who served me clearly knew who I was and it shouldn't have been that difficult to simply go back into the cash register and refund my slip to my credit card. She did say that it would be done once her manager arrived and showed her how to do that.Honestly, I'm not holding my breath.I can't say where the actual problem occurred. The girl who served me clearly knew what I was asking for yet the slip (I looked when I got home) didn't reflect that. When I came back the second time she even went into the kitchen to explain what I wanted.I've never written any kind of review before and never thought that I would, but since I live approximately 9 miles away I'm not planning to run back there to speak to someone and I don't really want to take or have the time to call. I'm frustrated enough.What a waste of money!

Terrible burgers, the same quality as frozen bubba burgers . And for the price and quantity of food you got was absolutely not worth it. Take your money elsewhere not sure how this place stays open.
I got the chicken tenders, half onion ring and half fries, and a Cowboy burger. The tenders were pretty solid. The half and half was good, nothing to write home about. The cowboy burger was DREADFUL… the meat tasted frozen, the onion ring was rubbery (odd cause that wasn’t the case for the half and half) the bbq sauce was kinda rancid, and the bacon mind as well be a thick cut rubber band. I believe this is the first time that I had thrown out my food without finishing it and still being hungry. Most likely will never go to this spot again.

Paid 22$ for a basic burger, fries, and soda....I had the "cowboy burger" and the Angus patty was clearly of the frozen supermarket variety, I wouldn't be surprised if its actually Bubba burger brand....the bacon was thick but didn't taste like anything..reminded me of bacon jerky but less flavor...the burger as a whole tasted like lamb..most likely because the guy in front of me ordered that and they m7st have cooked them together bcuz after lunch all I could taste was lamb...if you really want a burger this might be your only option in the area but be prepared to be overpay and be underwhelmed...

Not on par with 5 guys (imo) but better than most burger places.The burger was delicious but not big enough in my opinion. You may need to order the duo or trio.
