Closed early and refused service. Food was made wrong. Would not refill drink. Also do not support Military. The Buffalo chicken sandwich is shown… not how it is supposed to be made. I’ve ordered plenty. Also I ordered gourmet fries and was charged for bacon cheese fries. Asked several times for GOURMET! They didn’t care. Also asked for a DIET Soda… recipe says SPRITE. I don’t know…

First time here and probably won't be visiting again. Tried they're new Kentucky burbon cheesesteak, i thought it would be a good sub but not so much seems like frozen steak'um steak meat with just half melted shredded cheese with burbon sauce everywhere. Overall presentation was "sub"par as well as the taste.

Wouldn’t recommend eating here if you prefer eating actual food. I recently got food with bacon on it here and the bacon is clearly artificial and tastes like straight up chemicals. Couldn’t even eat it. I sent an email in through their website about it and requested a response and they couldn’t be bothered to respond. No one expects gourmet food from a food court but having it be edible should be a requirement.

The asian lady running the counter keeps trying to take my credit card when they have a credit card machine for the customers to use. They got my order wrong and refused to fix it. Please avoid this place if you are at the burlington mall!!!!!

I got a medium cheesesteak with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and mushrooms(with jalapeños and banana peppers for free) for like 10 bucks. They make it on the spot the same way Papa Gino's and other well known restaurants make it, and it has always been good everytime I purchase it. I wouldn't get the fries just based on the price, but if you stick with just a cheesesteak or chicken sub the prices are actually really good for the amount of food you get. Only reason for 4 stars is because the service is not the best, but it is fast food, so you aren't paying for service(nobody expects mcdonalds to get your order right everytime).

Absolutely awful. I ordered pick up. And went so to the cashier to say hey I have a pick up. He borderline ignored me. I said I have a pick up. He said I would ask the girl next to him. I kinda just stared I. Disbelief. The order was behind him. He said I can ask her and then took the next customer in line. I work at another store in the mall. That was absolutely ridiculous.

Rude staff. Got the order wrong and blamed me even though I told the cashier 3 times what I wanted. When they did make the correct order they just tossed tons of cold cheese on top and never melted it. Very disappointing. Won't be coming back.

I’ll never come to this location again. I’m a mall employee and used to get Charley’s religiously. The last time I went, as I do every visit, I mention I have a severe mushroom allergy as I know it’s just all one hot top griddle and some sandwiches have mushrooms or are offered in addition. The last time I went they ignored my allergy and I watched a sandwich with mushrooms be made, and then the same utensils be used on my sandwich, so I said something and had it remade. I was all set after that because I’m not losing my life over someone not caring about ServSafe and the literal life of a customer. I got super hungry today and sent my boyfriend over to get me a sandwich and told him to mention my allergy as I’ve had an issue in the past, and what do you know.. my boyfriend comes back to my store more mad than you could imagine because the sandwich in front of my order had mushrooms and the same utensils were used… not for nothing but I’m pregnant and was starving, and now I can’t even eat because my sandwich has been contaminated with something that could close my throat in a matter of a minute. After he comes back with my sandwich and told me what happened, I googled the phone number and tried to call to which is says the number isn’t in service… LOL. I’ll never give another chance to this location. I’m absolutely dumbfounded. If I could write a review and give 0 stars, without a doubt I would. Totally unbelievable.
