It’s really gross. Very low quality Italian food. I’d rather go to Bertucci’s. The last time I went to The Chateau in Burlington my pasta was swimming in oil and I’m surprised I didn’t get a stomachache, It’s too greasy. Bertucci’s is average for a chain but it’s better food than the Chateau.

The Chateau has alway been our favorite but our recent experience was a huge disappointment. The fried Clam special was very disappointing small and flavorless. We ordered a Trio 1 but instead received the trio special to which was dumped a ton of sauce on top.

Visited on 2/3/24. Nice place. Great menu selections! Very comfortable ambiance. Our server, Anthony, made us feel quite at home and was very attentive. We never felt rushed and were able to linger a bit over coffee. It was a lovely evening. Thank you, Anthony. We'll be coming back again real soon.

The service was good and our waitress was very nice. The food here just isn't great. We got toasted raviolis which were ok. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken with a side of Caesar salad for my meal. The Caesar salad was fine, pretty hard to mess up. But the fettuccine Alfredo was so bland it just tasted like I was eating buttered pasta :/

I had the braised short rib special. The smell was a bit appalling (kinda like wet dog,) after a few more bites I got used to the taste and it was okay, but couldn’t finish it. There were some cold pieces as well but I brushed it aside. On the bright side our server Elaine was very nice and was amazing! (Update: messed my stomach up.)

Service was absolutely amazing! Being a Mom who takes her child out to eat with her I pay attention to how we are served, some resturants I notice many waiters and waitresses place things in front of my young child who would grab anything so seeing how our waitress was extremely mindful of not doing that was greatly appreciated and reflected in her tip! We didn't feel rushed and was able to each conversation while waiting to order. Good spot to grab a quick bite!

Went for lunch with some friends. I enjoyed my grilled chicken blt sandwich. The accompanying onion rings were really good. Friends enjoyed the baked haddock and the pasta trio. It's a big menu with many offerings and daily specials.

Excellent menu! Rare to find toasted raviolis in the East. Tasty cocktails and the special wine, a Super Tuscan, was delicious! Molten chocolate cake was very good, perhaps slightly drier than others, but very chocolaty. Had Trio #1 with toasted ravioli, Alfredo pasta and chicken Parmesan, which was excellent. Two other pasta dishes (mezza rigatoni bolognese and chicken Parmesan) were top notch! Also, service from Elaine couldn't have been better, as she was attentive, prompt and pro-active.

Eat there once that's enough menu same old same no real creative. Too pricey ? I would love give u another try but like on the house. Your food is same as an other Italian American restaurant really just boring u should look for another chef. Who can cook.

Traditional Italian fare with no frills and high prices. Restaurant needs updating and had a funky smell. We waited 45 minutes for service at lunch when there were fewer than 6 tables full. Oddly enough, entrée salads were really good and fresh. Otherwise, there doesn't seem to be any reason to go back.Parking: Mall parking lot

We ordered drinks and appetizers at the bar. It took 30 minutes to get the server to take just the drink order. It took another 45 minutes to take our food order. The drinks were horrible. They were Cosmos and they added vermouth, yuk! Food was good but too late . I was beyond hungry.

I'm being generous..... I have grown up in the chateau and the dinner I got today I wouldn't give my dog . I got chicken and eggplant parm and the chicken was so burnt and gross it wasent edible . 30 dollar waste of money

Jeff, the Restaurant Manager, made our group feel most welcomed. He set up a long table in a private room for 20 or so guests. Karen our waitstaff provided exceptional service to 22 adults and two children. The food was to everyone's liking and several folks had extras for take home and another meal.
