Ari (guy) he's really solid. Very nice. Stayed late and handled various customers. He was polite and professional.They didnt have cookies n cream ice cream. I was very disappointed in that. Ari, tried his best to accommodate me with oreo cookies. He handled the last 10 customer all by himself. I made sure to tip him well even before getting my ice cream because he deserved it.

I got one of the seasonal flavors apple caramel pie. The flavor wasn't great tasted like that fake apple flavoring from off brand candy, on top of that the employee when mixing it gave it 2 half-hearted mixes and left a good portion of my topping on the counter.

Prices are ok for the serving, but a lot of the toppings that were additional charges got left on the stone instead of in the cup we were given. Either way, it was very good ice cream and I would come back here!
We’re in Burlington from out of state and we went here this evening for ice cream. I got the ice cream combo with Oreo cookies, fudge sauce and chocolate chips. The young woman barely smashed it together and she put two many chocolate chips and only two Oreo cookies. It was obvious that she didn’t care if she blended it well or not. We won’t be back.

I rarely give 1-star reviews unless I truly feel it is deserved. We came well over 1 hour before closing. Half the ice cream flavors were melted and couldn’t be served causing us to make multiple substitutions. The medium cup wasn’t even filled 3/4 of the way and the flavor was disappointing. The establishment was dirty and falling apart. You’d be better off getting a tub of Ben and Jerry’s at CVS.

Ice cream was just okay- I honestly expected more judging by the extensive menu/unique combinations they seem to offer. I got a small and it came out to be $8... a little ridiculous. Cup was also smaller than most smalls at other ice cream shops. The store also only has two tables, was out of popular flavors (chocolate-PB), and has workers that were not very attentive/open to explaining menu items.
