Fireside catered our business dinner, which consisted of a paired wine tasting and a sommelier. Fireside (Maura especially) not only made the vision of the dinner I had come to life, but exceeded our expectations. We had our wedding at Crane Estate this past August and Maura and the team at Fireside Catering were amazing! Our guests were raving about how good the food was and how efficient the service was. Also we opted for cookies and cupcakes for desserts for our guests but wanted a very small cake for just bride and groom and they absolutely delivered on that as well!! We used Fireside Catering for our wedding on Labor Day Weekend 2022 and it was a terrific decision.We had originally secured a different caterer that proved to be unresponsive and not particularly accommodating.Relatively late in the game, we reached out to Jessica at Fireside and she couldn't have been more helpful. She patiently walked us through all of our options, collaborated with us to add some special touches and even put together a private testing for us when our original caterer claimed they were unable to.The quality of the food, presentation and variety were all top notch. We got a ton of good feedback from our guests about the food and it was a huge relief after getting off to such a rocky start on the catering front.If you have the opportunity to work with Fireside (and specifically Jessica), you shouldn't hesitate to do so. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process!

I went to a wedding this weekend and Fireside catered. Usually weddings in my experience do not have a amazing plated food, but Fireside was awesome - the food was truly delicious. There was a chicken entree, a salmon entree, and it looks like full-service bar. If I lived in Massachusetts I would totally book them for my own wedding which I am planning so I am paying attention to things like this right now. :) The service was also really great the bartenders were really friendly as well as the wait staff. I almost forgot to mention the cocktail hour appetizers wish were a huge highlight for me. They had a melt in your mouth sirloin beef in a spoon (beautiful presentation), chicken skewers, little tacos... it was all really really good!!

I recently used Fireside catering for my wedding of ~100 people in the fall of 2021, and have to say the entire experience was absolutely fantastic.Our point person through the entire engagement was Jessica Belanger. Jess did an excellent job working with us. She was extremely responsive, she listened and incorporated every last detail of our requests, she was extremely flexible when we were undecided about certain issues, and was an excellent coordinator during the day/month of the wedding. She brought a wealth of knowledge about catering and event planning, and gave us excellent advice when we needed it. When our wedding was delayed due COVID restrictions and lock down, they made every accommodation to work with us and we incurred no additional fees on the timeline changes. And lastly, Jess did an excellent job handling a particularly difficult venue coordinator. She worked well with everyone to ensure the setup and coordination went smoothly.One of the main reasons we booked Fireside was because we thought the quality of their catering was a notch above. We knew that their price point was a bit higher then others, but on the day of the event they delivered extremely well. The food was one of the highlights of our wedding, and nearly every guest we asked raved about the flavors, the freshness, and the quality of service. They specifically designated a staff member to follow us around the entire event with a our own private plate of appetizers to ensure that we got to eat every piece of our designed menu.On the day of the event, I couldn't tell you if a single thing even went awry. The entire staff was attentive, the coordinators were on top of everything, and I barely remember them asking me a single question. They handled everything, and everything went smoothly.I hope one day that I'll have another excuse to entertain 100+ people again, so that I could have the pleasure of working with Jess and the entire Fireside team once more.

We worked with Maura from Fireside to come up with a menu that truly represented who we are. Maura exceeded every expectation that we had during the planning process. Over the year we worked together she was responsive, creative, and just a super cool person. The pricing was reasonable and they were extremely flexible.The food at our wedding was some of the best we have ever had and easily the best wedding food we have had.
