Food was cold, soggy. Manager would not offer refund. Maybe it was store policy so not their fault. I blame the corporation, not the store staff. New to the area and will not personally return.

Ordered a BLT and it came back with old bread and cold bacon. When I complained they offered to remake it but would be with the same cold bacon and bread. I expected more from this establishment. I couldn’t eat it and threw it out. No refund either.

Generally a great place but once in a while you get an employee or manager that puts in less than the normal quantity of fries in to the bag. The overflow of fries is a part of what makes 5 Guys Restaurants premium, and fun. This is not an inexpensive place.
In order to enjoy my own phone/radio, I asked the person who took my order to turn down their blaring music. Someone politely said they had.But, not down far enough, so I asked again, after a few minutes of not hearing my phone.When I requested the same once more, the woman aggressively told me that she had done so twice, would once more, but not again. (Is not customer comfort a measure of a restaurant?) (Hmmm, whatever happened to "The Customer Is Always Right?)Not only the above, but a Five Guys restaurant is not a pre-school. Some employees were entertaining a toddler behind the counter, complete witha little apron and gloves on the baby's hands. A toddler behind the counter? Let me count the ways that violates sanitation codesI suggested that I would not be back, if the radio were not diminished. Although it was (but not low enough), their attitude, and babysitting will persuade me to avoid that Five Guys location.Vegetarian options: I noted just one vegetarian, which I bought. That was the only one that I noticed. If there are others, they are not highighted.
