This place offers a fantastic atmosphere that's hard to beat. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal or catching up with friends. However, be prepared for the downside: the waiting time can be excruciatingly long. If you're in a rush, ordering to go might not be the best idea as it can take an eternity. But if you have the time to spare, the experience is well worth it.
Walked in and they say that there is 30-45 min wait even though half of the place was empty. I made a reservation online for 3-15 pm ( 15 min away from the time i reserved it). When returned and said that i have reservation the hostess said that our table is taken and that we need to wait she also pointed on what table would be ours. ( the place was still half empty). We were greeted by Jack who is always very accommodating. Once we were seated, our server Sockha. She got out orders right away. She is very helpful with giving suggestions. Having Jack and Sockhato name a few, is one of the reasons why I keep coming back. They make sure you get your food on time and correct. Gyu-Kaku in Burlington, MA is my go-to place for comfort food and awesome service! Try stopping by and you won't be disappointed!
