Soda is the biggest part when I go to McDonald's. I brought to the managers attention the soda was flat. Then he proceeds to ask three time like I don't know how to get soda. My McDonald's rewards are in the thousands I come so much. Then he asks another customer like that is supposed to make it all better. Then I find out my meal does not match my order number. One number on bag and a different on the food. All I can say is if I'm paying I'm also expecting. I don't like when some one tries to gas light me. People really need to get their acts together

Fairly average McDonald’s. I had to stop here for something quick to eat and everything was fairly normal and the nuggets were okay.In the area it was also the only place that had WiFi and phone charger/outlet which I desperately needed since I was kind of lost and my phone was dead. They let me charge my phone with no hassle.

My husband and I got severe food poisoning from the french fries we purchased and consumed on this premise. I tried to report the situation but i was too sick on Friday and today is the first business day i am functional. I am 10 wks pregnant and lost 5lb over 36hours due to vomiting and diarrhea. The only common thing we ate from mcdonalds was french fries (12pm 3/1/2024) and we started projectile vomit exactly at 3:30pm (3/1/2024) concurrently. French fries looked and tasted ok and it must have been not stored properly. I am reporting this to MA health department. We kept the vomit just in case it needs further investigation.

Never went to this McDonald's, I typically don't eat breakfast but was hungry. Searched for McDs near work. Middlesex Turnpike Burlington. I ask for hot cakes sub sausage for bacon. Shame on ME for not checking my order!! TYPICAL MCDONALD'S!! NO BACON! YOU HAVE 1 JOB! GET THE ORDER RIGHT, GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR! Never again.

We went to hmart and on our way back the kids were super hungry. McDonald's appeared to be the closest fast food before we took the exit for an hour drive back home. I being a vegetarian went for fries. Kids tried the spicy chicken burger from the menu. The drive through lady was very patient with my order as I was struggling to read the menu and a hungry group in the car. All in all a smooth experience. The main thing was that our order was right.
