Nice place to go for great food and service. Choice of sitting in bar area (and watching games on tv) or in dining room. Both very pleasant. Have tried several menu items...all are very good (especially mustard crusted chicken or haddock).

We had a reservation for a party of 4 and were seated as soon as we arrived. Wait staff was very attentive. Service after ordering was prompt and accurate. We enjoyed the variety of the menu which allowed everyone, including a vegetarian, to get a meal that satisfied their particular cravings.

Excellent for a casual meal. Food is good, well prepared, plentiful and not overly sauced , salted or spiced. Servers are friendly and accommodating. Salads are nice and fresh and house dressing outstanding. All diners are served large squares of restaurant's own onion focaccia with dip of olive oil mixed with ground parmesan and touch of chili flakes.

Worst customer service. Waited about 10 mins just to get greeted. Servers be looking but they don’t even come to greet you. Weird. Would’ve given 0 stars if I could.

This was our first dining experience at this restaurant and it was a pleasant surprise. The appetizer, entree and desert was delicious. We arrived for lunch at 1:30 p.m. , it was crowded and we were seated right away. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the food choices. It was our first time eating fried cauliflower, it was fabulous, the cabbage salad that was included was a wonderful addition. The fish and chips were crunchy and hot. The pulled pork sandwich had good flavor. The slaw was okay, there was something missing in the taste. We shared a slice of Key Lime Pie, it was delectable! My only complaint is that it was very chilly in the restaurant. We sat near a window and we felt cool air. Our hands were very cold. Other than the temperature it was a very pleasant eating experience.

Nicole was outstanding...she was attentive, friendly and well voiced in the menu and the brand. I used to be a “frequent flyer.” Your pricing (significantly up) and lack of happy hour menus are a deterrent. Seasons 52 has won most of my dining dollars. The menu and value are better.... Karen

We have been going regularly 6-8 times a year since they opened. Prices are not too bad for the what you get. Bread is phenomenal. Salads are excellent!

Killer bread and dipping oil to start and then all down hill. We had poor service, with very long periods of being ignored when we needed things, such as to swap out a frozen beer, bbq sauce, refills on drinks, to return undercooked meat, drink made with missing spices (They had run out after the first drink)and then a poor apology on the part of the manager. They did however take 2 drinks and the remade meal that they had to box because the other 3 people were finished, off the bill. Two meals-the chicken parm and the sweet and sour chicken bowl were excellent. I doubt we'll ever be back. Disappointed is an understatement.

Not your Average Joe's Burlington is a great spot for groups to get together and actually be able to talk. The noise level is on the quieter side, so it's a great, relaxing, welcoming environment to eat & visit with friends. Our food was excellent and our waiter was fantastic! He came by often enough to check on us, anticipated what we needed (more napkins, more water, etc.) before we even asked, but it wasn't too much either. He was able to answer any questions we had about the menu, and given our luncheon was running a bit long, he pro-actively told us not to worry and to take as much time as we needed. He was just perfect!

What happened to Not Your Average Joe's? I used to love it. We had lunch at the Burlington location today and had the worst waitress. It took forever for her to even come to our table, when she did she was super distracted and seemed to be completely thrown by us having the Gluten Sensitive menu. She asked if we wanted bread and I said yes, gluten free please. After a long wait she brought the bread and dish of oil (with a dash of parm and 4 red pepper flakes and no garlic, so disappointing) and my husband noticed it was not the gluten free bread. I said we asked for gluten free bread and she claimed I had not. after a long wait the correct bread finally came. She took our order and I asked for a side salad with my burger, she was totally thrown by my asking what dressings where gluten free, she didn't know so I said, I'll just choose one that one of the dressings that come on the entree salads, but she said, I'll check and took off and was gone for ages, she came back with a gluten free menu and told me to choose one from one of the entree salads. WheWe n I was ordering my burger I accidently said the Joe burger, I immediately saw my error said, oh, it's just called The Burger. She went off and after an age came back and said you ordered the Smokey Joe burger and I said no I ordered the The Burger, the smokey joe was not on the gluten sensitive menu. So she said, Oh I'll have to go in and put it in again. She made a big deal about the fact that I had ordered the smokey joe, which I did not. She even at one point said to me - don't worry it happens all the time. Maybe that's because you don't listen to the customer. Though I know she was saying not to worry about my mistake. When we finished she took forever coming to our table, meanwhile around us, tables with other waitstaff were turning over. We were planning on splitting a dessert, but after almost 2 hours there we decided against it. After she finally brought the bill, she disappeared. we finally left cash on the table so we could get out of there. So frustrating...

Always enjoy my NYAJ's meal. It starts with the delicious bread served with cheesy oil! I could make a meal of that! My burger was good- cooked to specifications. The fries (sweet potato) were delicious!
