I strongly advise against trying it, as it proved to be a distasteful and unpalatable choice. The soup lacks any discernible flavor and is unpleasant to the taste buds, leaving much to be desired in terms of culinary satisfaction.Additionally, the vivid red color of the soup is suspect, hinting at a potential overuse of food coloring. This not only compromises the taste but also resulted in staining my bowl, an undesirable side effect that further diminishes the overall dining experience.Given the price point of this dish, I believe there are far better alternatives available elsewhere. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this place, as their attempt at Vietnamese cuisine falls short, and the final product is far from authentic or appetizing. A rather gross experience that leaves much to be desired in terms of quality and flavor.

The food here are amazing! My family and I come here regularly to dine in the HMart dining area (despite my allergies to crowded areas) to have food from Pho Ever Chicken. Their chicken rice plate is amazing, and their pho is awesome! My son typically doesn't like to finish his food and he's a pretty picky eater, however the moment we get here he's summoning me to get the pho and chicken rice plate to start lol The ambiance is ok as it's a food court and it's quite busy at times, however we found some other amazing patrons who were kind enough to give us their seats as my son is now loving the dining experience at his ripe age of 6 years old. The staff here are beyond kind and sweet! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice affordable meal that will fill you up.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the plastic utensils provided. I understand that using plastic utensils is more convenient and cost-effective for the restaurant, but it took away from the overall dining experience for me.Overall, while the noodle soup was decent, i did appreciate the size. As far as the price it was in the higher range. the friendly service and pleasant atmosphere make this a good pho restaurant worth checking out. Food was ok. Spicy lemongrass chicken was very tough and chewy, and more sweet than spicy. Shrimp fried rice had all of 4 shrimp, we actually counted!
