Small family owned business. Super hard working as you see the same folks open to close. They make everything fresh and the pretzels are super soft! When there's a line they work super fast to make sure customers aren't waiting long. Kids always want to stop by here anytime we are at Burlington mall. I've had the taro bubble teas, honeydew bubble teas. Boba tastes like it's made often

Extremely difficult to walk by this place and not get a pretzel! They are so good! And the smells will draw you in. Try this over food court. Great snack.
The staff is extremely rude at the Burlington mall site in MA. I paid for the large juice cup. I paid for the combo A and requested addition of extra ingredient. I paid extra for it which is fair. In the process of adding extra ingredient, there was more juice than the typical amount.1. My juice got spilled while he was pouring. After he was done pouring, a very small amount was left maybe 30 cc.He was about to throw it and I asked if he wasabout to throw it if I can get it since I paid for it and he very rudely refused.When I told him that you rather throw it than give it to me, he said yes.Thats when I said that its really wasteful. Thats when he gave it to me.Extremely rude and wasteful.

I can’t even imagine a more perfect pretzel. Every time I have one my eyes roll back into my head and I think, it’s so damn good! Perfect soft texture, a light coat of butter, and lightly salted. Perfection.

Was looking for Auntie Anne's or Wetzels but was presently surprised with this option. They have 3 different sizes available for the pretzel bites that were super fresh and made to order. The right amount of butter and salt for my taste. Will visit when I'm in the Burlington mall next time!
