no problems with this specific shake shack, quick service nice people. but shake shack as a whole? i'm so disappointed. so expensive for such small serving sizes. why is it that the sandwich is 11 dollars and you need to spend an extra 6 for some indecent fries. i received 5 chicken nuggets in my order, each of these nuggets were not worth over a dollar individually. i don't know if this is like inflation or if shake shack is just not self aware. lower your prices pls.

Usually love shake shakes burgers. Last couple of orders, burgers where dry and hard as the Sahara dessert, could only enjoy my fries and shake, burger in the trash both times after a few bites.Shake shack I got into your burgers specifically because they were flavorful, juicy, and tender.Just a heads up for anyone that doesn't want a way over cooked burger, mind you I like my burgers medium well, to basically well done, it's all about the juiciness and tenderness.

I will never go here again. *Food was worse than McDonalds. I asked for a RARE hamburger- it came out well done. Fries were like the soggy frozen ones you buy at a supermarket. Small portions(burger was VERY thin on a small bun, so the meat hung over the roll so it would look like a lot more. The meal was worth about $5.00 MAX. I paid $16. NEVER AGAIN will I go there.

Plenty of free parking.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Outside mall parking lot leads straight inside as well as the indoor mall entrance.

Their hamburgers are amazing, and whatever you do, dont skip on the shakes. I enjoyed the cookies and cream milkshake and a double patty cheese burger. I will definitely be back!

the employees are very rude and messed up my order multiple and laughed at me and asked what I wanted them to do about it. Clearly make my order correctly. They argued with me about being correct when my receipt clearly said what I ordered. Absolutely horrible service.
