The Starbucks used to be amazing and was always my go to. I have been going to this particular Starbucks for over 10 years. The quality has dropped significantly in the past 2 to 3 years. It’s 50-50 whether your drink will come out right. And to pay this kind of money for these drinks, and have them be ruined, is really poor service. Simple things like sugar or flavoring asked for isn’t put in the drink, or you buy a Venti and it’s half full. The quality is all over the place and is very, very unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend going to this one any longer and it’s really a shame because for many years it was a great Starbucks in a great location. I realize that complaining about a specialty coffee is a very first world problem. I get that. But when you spend hard earned money on it, it gets frustrating when the quality is so consistently compromised.

I ordered the strawberry açaí lemonade refresher and it tasted like sink water with food dye in it. It tastes nothing like one and even has a weird color.

I actually find this to be one of the better Starbucks in the area and I am surprised with the overall rating for the location. Maybe it is the time of the day that I am going vs. other people but I feel they produce a consistent drink from visit to visit and the work station (coffee making area) is always clean which is more than I can say for many Starbucks.

Amazing, delicious coffee. Really really good variety and quality of the coffee as well.The Warmed Butter Croissants are undeniably the best you can get.Service was a little slow, but this is to be expected, because coffee takes a long time to make.

They really have to hire faster working employees because when I got an order for just 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches it took them more than 25+ minutes just for that. People who even ordered after me got their drinks faster, which is just completely unfair.

Called several times for 15 minutes straight without any answer. App said Irish Cream is out of stock one week before St. Patrick's day which seems like a horrible business decision.
