If I could give 0 stars i would, my daughter came in there to ask to use the public bathroom. Because we was at the next door business doing laundromat but their bathroom was out of order. She has autism, and because you all neglecting her from using the bathroom because its customers only, is not right at all! Its actually discriminating and I should call/email corporate to tell them about your business practices. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

one of the worst sandwich that i ever tasted in my life The guy who working there he don’t know how to treat customers…i was trying to ask how i want my sandwich but he is not even lookingI ordered one sandwich with chips Two days back its not even looks like sandwich may be they just stored breads more than 3 days…my suggestion is better to avoid this Subway instead of eating here don’t eat food thats betterSo I am going to complain to Subway directly in writing .Very disappointing and I will find somewhere else to buy lunch from in future!

If I could give this a 0 star I would. I walk in with a group of my friends and she tells us we bought pizza and did not pay. I have not been to this subway is months and she is telling me I owe her food from days ago. She does not believe us and makes us pay before we order and does not inform us we need topay for specific ingredients. So we pay and go order our food. She tells us we can't have bacon since we did not pay but she never informed us. Another guy then comes through, orders his food and he gets to pay at the end. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I recently visited the Subway located at Burlington, and I had the pleasure of being served by a Young boy. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from them.young boy went above and beyond to ensure that my sandwich was made exactly the way I wanted it. They were friendly and attentive, and their attention to detail was impressive. It's not often that you come across such dedicated and customer-focused employees.I believe that outstanding employees like that young boy are a true asset to any establishment, and they deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend visiting this Subway location at 157 Bedford Street Burlington.Finally thank you, young boy, for your patience.

I like Subway because you can custom make your sandwiches. You can ask them to put on less of one ingredient and more of another. I love the black forest ham, and always order it with the extra meat. The sub roles are always fresh. The ingredients station where they make the sandwiches always looks clean.I tried a garden salad with grilled chicken the last time I was there. I thought it was a little expensive but the grilled chicken was good. The only thing is I wish they didn't use the shredded lettuce, and used the regular leafed lettuce. Other than that, it was okay.You definitely wouldn't want to sit in the restaurant at one of the tables to enjoy your food. The three times I went to this particular store there was a radio playing background music throughout the store. That would be fine, if it wasn't for the fact that it wasn't tuned into the station and all you can hear was a constant drone of static! I don't know how in the world the employees could work there with that noise all day long. Although I assume after a while they don't notice it. I was going to say something about it to them, but I just decided to take my food to go and eat it in the car or I can listen to good music. ?I will continue to go to Subway by my sandwiches.

I have been Ordering Take out from this Subway for couple of years. Subs were always ready when I stopped by at store. Most of the time Subs were nicely made and fresh!
I would love to give this subway a 5 stars because it’s always so clean and the workers are friendly. But there portions are RIDICULOUS SMALL! Even when asking for extra veggies there’s barely anything. When going to other subways I get more on a veggie sandwich without asking for extras. I wouldn’t even mind paying extra for more bc I’d rather have more veggies then all bread. Very disappointed, won’t be coming back to this subway.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sub which is usually soo yummy but this location barley even put a sprinkle of veggies on the subParking: Has a parking lot and most of the time there’s no one in it!

Walked in and the guy had long hair and wasn’t wearing a hat. Even if I asked him to wear one, the food on the line can already be contaminated with particles from his scalp. They need to have a training on sanitary procedures. I didn’t even order. I was too disgusted with the thought of hair being in my food, or anything else unsanitary that may be happening outside for the 30 seconds I was there for.
