I was given an open and mostly drunk milk at the drive through. I didn't notice it because I was handed multiple milks for my kids at the same time, and I put them in the seat next to me. I found out when I got to my hotel. Completely disgusted.

I order under the name JC Mobile and I am so happy to say that this place has changed as I love Wendys but too many franchises have weak staff and it has shown in their product to the point where I rarely ordered from Wendy's anymore.Formerly, service was rude and my orders were often wrong or made half-hazardly so I felt ripped off and the brand was not being represented as intended.However, a new, young and ambitious manager, Madison, has really made the brand shine at this Burlington restaurant. I have had 3 experiences with breakfast now over the past month and Madison and her staff are CRUSHING it. My sandwiches were ALL incredible and I have had several. They have all been close-your-eyes-while-eating tasty. I would open a franchise with her today if I was in the business.Forget the history of this place. Customers really get the win here and the new staff are to thank. I hope they stick around and continue the amazing work that they are doing as it has not gone unnoticed. Thank you! ?☺️?

Place was dirty. Floor was slick with grease. The staff was inattentive- stood there for 30 sec and they were doing nothing and didnt take my order till I asked them to. The chili had no meat or beans in it- just onions. Never going back to this location.

Definitely one of three cleanest Wendy’s ever visited. Busy drive through customer but empty dine in.Some reason No napkins on condiments area but kept behind the cashier and no ketchup cups.

We rolled in very close to closing time. Having not eaten since lunch, we were starved. ( emergency vet visit) I felt as if the server even may have stayed at his window a minute longer for us, and really appreciated that kindness. The burgers were barely warm… and didn’t taste freshly made. But it was good, and the guy at the window was an angel!

One of the best Wendy's burgers I have had in awhile. Maybe because I dined in and it was made correctly... LOLHuge disappointment though was the Freestyle Coke machines.One was out of ice and the other was reluctantly dispensing ice. Both machines were out of multiple flavors which greatly reduced the selection.Both were flooded with liquid up to the bottom of the cup. I did not want even place cup in there or was so disgusting and dirty.The floor in front of the machines was wet and sticky. And to top it all off the soda water had little to no fizz. So the limited selection drink tasted flat.

Why are all of the workers in this place so rude? Every single time I come here they are all so unhappy. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap the other day and and the chicken was so hard and you could tell it wasn't fresh.
