I like this spot because the burgers are decently sized but not overwhelming. It's a good place for the health conscious diner and it's right by Harvard square. They also have good sweet potato fries. You won't find your typical fountain drinks here, like Coca Cola, though.

Never told my order was here, I realized after 1 hour, burger bun soggy, had to microwave it, at which point the lettuce tomatoe and onion also soggy, ended up trying to give it to my dog who wouldn't eat it....my dog wouldn't eat it. Called to complain and the lady said "can you call me back in 10 minutes" absolutely unacceptable. My recommendation is order from somewhere else

I am originally from land of Flafels (middle east region). I 99.99% love BGood Flafel sandwich! It's great and innovative. It is also gluten free. One of my favorites. They have cool gluten free smoothies too!!

MARIA!!!! YAY YOU! Whenever Maria is on you can TRUST that the food will be kept at the right temps for maximum YUM! Truth is even an okay meal at B. Good is better than a great meal at most other burger joints. That said Maria always makes sure that items are kept separate according to temperature something which often gets over looked, never when she is on though! PROPS!!!!My preferred meals are the burgers, both veggie and omnivores will find the goods here. I am loving the pineapple beet burger but sometimes will get the beef burgers too. Always swap veggies for bun, I am already getting something super indulgent and serving it on those fresh nutritious greens compliments it beautifully and balances the meal.Also IN LOVE with the KALE KRUSH. I will get two and freeze one. The next day I don't feel like cooking I eat the frozen one like an Italian ice SOOOOO GOOOD!Thanks again Maria! YOU ARE THE BOMB.COM!

BUGS in the food, and REFUSED to refund the meal or deliver a new one!!!I ordered a couple salads from B.GOOD to be delivered to my house. When they arrived, the closed containers had bugs in them. When I tried to call them multiple times, they didn't answer. My boyfriend and I each separately sent complaints via email, finally they answered one of us. Said they couldn't refund the food since we ordered through a delivery app, and offered to replace the meals - which is the bare minimum. When we called to order the replacement meals, again, no response. We tried for a couple days until they finally answered, at which point they said they could make the food but not deliver it to us, so we would have to come pick it up. Pretty ridiculous service for a company that could be shut down due to health violations.

Very unique flavor combinations, especially in the burgers. (get something unusual, you will not be disappointed) The salads and bowls are also yummy and healthy (I prefer over sweetgreen any day), especially the Thai noodle. I also love their sweet potato fries. A pro tip: they do takeout very well: if you want to eat outside, along the Charles or Harvard yard are my favorites, this is your spot.

Mixed bag. My son's kids meal was fine; however my Harvest Kale Salad was pretty bad. I pulled out half a cup of kale stems, and the salad only had two raw Brussels sprouts (yuck) and was light on all the other toppings, too. I've ordered this salad at other locations and it's usually delicious. Please train your staff so we can enjoy this location, too. Thanks!

Ordered delivery and it never came. In fact they charged me and didn't even send an order confirmation email. Posted in the app about my issue with no response. Called them and they didn't answer at the location. Didn't return my call to corporate either over a week ago!

I only go here if the b.good app gives me a deal (so I guess someone in marketing is doing something right). But I don't get this place cause it's not cheap food and not good. I got soup today and they really cheaper out. Like the small soup container is barely even halfway filled.
