Had a nice time catching up with a good friend at the bar area. Atmosphere very nice for it and the staff person helped us pick nice wine selections. Tasty snacks too. Got there early before it got noisy.

While I typically refrain from writing restaurant reviews, my recent visit to Barcelona compelled me to share my thoughts. As a regular patron, I consistently appreciate the exceptional service provided by Sarah and her team. The cuisine consistently exceeds expectations, and Sarah always addresses any concerns promptly. If you’re in the area this place is a must visit!

My FAVORITE place to take my family out for dinner or breakfast. I just love it!

Food is great. Every single time I've went I've made a reservation and still had to wait over 30 minutes, sometimes an hour. What's the point of a reservation then?

I CAN NOT emphasize strongly enough how much you should AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!This establishment will put shame on any standards you are aware of in this world and the next. Pardon my French, but you are quite literally better off consuming your own night soil (in other words, doo doo).I made a reservation to this wretched ill-natured location at 7 o'clock. Little did I know of the dung storm that was awaiting me. I was told it would be another 30 minutes, nothing special. I came in 30 minutes, and I was met with the sound of blaringly loud music and the scent of guano. they told me it would be another 30 minutes. Changes happen, and frustration was growing, but I could tolerate it. I came in at 8:30 and I was told it'd be ready IN ANOTHER 30 MINUTES!I was on the brink of making a deposit at the porcelain bank and consuming it, but I decided to give these people 1 more shot. Was I surprised at what was to come? Hardly. Was I at the pizza place down the block 5 minutes later? What do you think. I was met with another 30-minute delay. 3 HOURS FOR MEDIOCRE OVERPRICED FOOD!And to top the slop on this excreting establishment, THIS HAPPENED TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW!The environment was the only thing going for this awful dung heap, and even at that the waitresses were incredibly inappropriate, making frequent jokes about diarrhea of all things. They intentionally overbook the restaurants in an attempt to back up their incoming customers and delay you for hours. Please, if you value your time, do not go to this establishment. Take your money and buy a slice of 'za. Avoid like the plague.

My friends and I had a reservation last night at 7:00 pm. We showed up on time and were told “the table before you is just finishing up dessert”. We then waited for one hour for our table that we had a reservation for. My group and I originally felt understanding because we know things happen, as we’ve all worked in the restaurant industry in the past. Then after we were seated we were served in a timely manner. When our server was taking our orders, he seemed to try really hard to get our orders taken correctly as it was loud in the restaurant which we appreciated and it ensured that we would get everything we asked for (not more not less). Our food came out one by one over 30 minutes, which was fine because it’s a small plate restaurant, however the food runners kept setting food down that wasn’t ours and we would tell them it wasn’t ours but then they would leave it on our table. When we told the server that we were receiving food we didn’t order he replied “are you sure you didn’t order it?” in a condescending tone. One time I asked for water very politely and he said okay and as he walked away he rolled his eyes as if I said something mean to him and I don’t feel as if we were asking him too many favors at all. Towards the end of the night, we each decided to order one more drink. Our checks were brought out just a few minutes after and then the manager decided to come up to us as we were still drinking cocktails and “apologize” about our wait for the reservation then leading into forcing us out the door by telling us reservations were waiting. We received no apology for our waiting one hour for our table until this point and I would love to note that we were at our table for about 2 hours, which I’d say is not an excessive amount of time for a group of 6 and as we left there was not a single person waiting at the door for a table. It was all in all a very displeasant evening. The only positive side of our experience was the food, which was good but definitely not worth going back for considering the hostile environment. I am not one to leave reviews, but this was too much to not say something and I would hate it for people in the future to be treated the same way.

Poor Management -Came here for a celebratory dinner. Made a reservation for 9 pm for Friday night. I know it gets busy but my husband and i had to wait for 40 minutes to get a table. Over and above another 20 min for all our food. I had a simular experience at the same location last year but still decided to give it a chance. Next time we'll probably just stick to the brookline location.

The food and service were fantastic. Our server gave excellent drink and food recommendations, and ensured things came out properly spaced. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and music.Despite having a reservation, there was a bit of a wait (15-20 minutes), but ultimately the place is packed. Take that as a signal many people love it here, rather than the restaurant doesn’t care. I’ve been to places where they kick you out after an allotted time, and I’ve never been back to those places. Definitely worth the wait!Parking: A little hard to come by but you can usually get a metered spot on Mass Ave.

I thought it was great. Paella was great, so was the sangria, and all the tapas were good too. Whenever I go to a restaurant with multiple locations, I lower my expectations. BUT - I didn't need to in this case. It did not feel chain-y at all. It was very busy for a Sunday night but the staff had no problem keeping up with demand.Parking: I would encourage you to arrive by T if possible.

Good takeout options. Heard it gets crowded / food takes a while so we got takeout. Food was on time and well heated when we got home. Good octopus + pork belly.

Reservation for 6:30, seated at 7:30. Forced to wait an hour in the doorway with probably 25 other people who were in the same boat. Was told “sorry!” and offered a single Brussels sprout on a skewer. Reservations seem to mean nothing and they don’t care, good luck…
