We had nachos, carnitas enchiladas, and ground beef soft tacos. All were plentiful and delicious. I liked that you can adjust the level of spiciness. The outside table was clean and great for people watching.Kid-friendliness: Fenced Outside seating

Despite living closer to the other location, I will continue to walk an extra 12-15 minutes to come here. They have daily specials, there is more seating and it is cozier than the location in Central. I should mention this is not far off Central Square-it is almost a linear shot from Andala Cafe.Vegetarian options: A vegetarian could definitely create a burrito bowl or quesadilla that was sans protein

I was expecting an authentic Tex/Mex experience, instead I got a really stale and tasteless Nachos. I was told it would be hot, but got something really bland instead.
The only good part of the food was the pork, the rest was mediocre. The plate was wet at the bottom and the chicken tastes like canned chicken. Most of the food was fresh but lacked taste. Great for a quick pick me up for locals or if you're in the neighborhood. Would not recommend to tourists looking for an exciting taste. Though the taste was definitely Mexican, it was lacking a lot of the flavors.

Pick two: great food, cheap prices, good service. This place certainly specifies in the latter two options. Not to say that the quality was horrible, but there isn't a lot going on in the seasonings compared to other taquerias. I frequent this shop because of the amazing deals they have on daily specials, which is as follows:Monday 2 for 1 burritosTuesday $2 tacosWeds 2 for 1 quesadillasThurs 2 for 1 tostadasFri 2 for 1 burrito bowlsSat 2 for 1 torta (their tortas are probably the best of options)Sun 2 for 1 nachosWould go for 4 over 3 stars but their 'fire' spice level (supposedly the spiciest) is not very spicy at all.

Ordered beef, chicken and carnitas tacos and was asked if I wanted them to be spicy. As I love all things habanero and chipotle, I replied ‘yes’. However, los tacos estaban muy sosos :/ they arrived with no discernible salsa and even carnitas were dry. Asking if I could get some chipotle, none was provided. Staf was not particularly friendly either: there will be better places to visit.
