I really liked my icecream cone from here but too bad they didn't have the Maple & Walnut taste that I got in Vermont the other day ;)

How can you go wrong with Ben & Jerry's? The ice cream is always great and although the lines are often long, it's worth the wait

Very friendly service! They were out of regular cones, and I was given a large waffle cone instead (I wasn't asked, they just decided themselves)... BUT, I was CHARGED for the cone!!! I didn't want a large cone, and just because they were out of the regular cone, which is included in the price, it doesn't give them permission to use the larger cone, and then charge for it ‍ Then, even though it's a large store, there's no place to eat inside, and it was blazing hot out. OK, that's on me, but by the time I found a spot I was too far away to walk back and complain when I bit into the cone, and it was stale and not crunchy and was terrible. Then the ice cream was melting through the bottom of the large waffle cone and all over my clothes. Avoid this Ben & Jerry's! The whole experience was probably the worst ice cream experience of my life. Ugh.

Meh. After waiting not only a long time for the person in front of me to order but then for the lady working alone in the place to put up product instead of taking our order, we got butter pecan in a waffle cone cup. It would have been nice had she washed her hands before serving us and after not only helping the people before us and taking their germ filled payment, but then touching boxes as well as itching her nose. Then she touches our food. Really?! Do better!

Its definitely overpriced, even for ben&jerrys, but its still good

The Ben & Jerry’s is open despite construction along the building. There are many flavors. The children’s cup with a topping is $7.25, the same price as an adult small. The cones looked very good but are largely premade and not warm. There is no seating inside. It was not crowded when I went but I imagine it could get crowded very quickly.

Ice cream is delicious! Ambience is delightful! Staff is very friendly and outgoing! Definitely the place to go!

Employees were nice, the inside is very small, no public restrooms. Street parking only, on a very busy street right in Harvard Square. They had a full range of all the good ice cream, including dairy free. A good place to stop if you are walking around looking for something sweet after dinner in Harvard.

Fast and friendly service! We even got to see them make the waffle cones right in store! It was a nice day, so they opened up the large window to the street to seemly welcome passers-by and give an outdoor-esque feel!

I asked for a vegan milkshake, all i got was liquidy shake with soy milk. This does not taste like a shake not because of the soy milk but it is more liquidy. I do not need to pay $8 for this drink. NOT WORTH IT. Not a vegan but still i could have done a better shake for lesser price

If you want Ben & Jerry’s, get it at the grocery store. Although some other flavors were offered, they weren’t better than the ones you can get at the store.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They already had a process in place for serving a member of my party with a nut allergy—looked up ingredient lists, opened a brand new container of the flavor that was safe, used a new/clean scoop and a dedicated blender. Unbelievable service. We were so appreciative!

You can never go wrong with Ben & Jerry's. I ordered the small size strawberry cheesecake flavored ice cream with waffle cone. Yum!
