Don't let the hotel lobby entrance fool you, Bisuteki Japanese Steak House is the real deal. The hibachi service was entertaining, even if the flames made me shout with furious excitement once or twice. If you like eating food, you're in for a treat. Piles of it, hot off the grittle, right onto your plate. Bisuteki Japanese Steak House is the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, which we were not doing during my visit there, but was an unrelated thought that occurred to me upon reflecting on my experience. Make sure it is your ACTUAL birthday if you do decide to do that, however. This is the type of place where people feel like they can stretch it, or outright lie about when their birthday is, and that behavior is downright reprehensible in my opinion. My birthday is October 2nd, and you will see me here. On that day.

Always have a good meal here. The dinner itself is ofc super entertaining and fun and the food is great too. There was a bit of a wait even though we had a reservation but it was okay. This place is definitely my go to hibachi spot.

Sticky table. 45 dollars for 10 not great pieces of sushi. My teen son and I left hungry.

A Chinese restaurant masquerading with a Japanese menu.Tasteless sushi. Overcooked beef and very overcooked shrimp.Sticky tabletops. No better than cheap Chinese takeout except far more expensive.

Service was terrible. Our hostess was cold and indifferent. Our waitress was rude and impatient. The restaurant exhaust system was horrible, smoke from the hibachi cooking filled the room and we left with our clothes wreaking of the smell from the grill - even though we were seated at a table away from the grill. The food was overcooked. Steak ordered “medium rare” was tough and chewy; shrimp and scallops were overdone. The vegetables were the only thing well cooked. Never again!

Our server was rude & rushed to get us out, food was ok and the portions were small. They ran out of veggies for the Hibachi meals and did not follow up to compensate us with more rice. I had to ask for my rice because our server didn’t bring it or check if everything was okay. Wasn’t a great experience at all.

Great sushi, especially for us vegetarians! Service was prompt, friendly, and generous!

Overall, I would say food and experience was basic. I was particularly underwhelmed with the Teppanyaki show, I have been celebrating my Birthday going to Teppanyaki for 8+ years and this was the most disappointing. The cook was short and to the point. When booking the reservation it asked if we were there for an event, I selected birthday as that was the reason for our outing. There is no indication or anything special that happened for this, so I'm not quite sure what the purpose was when booking the reservation.

This restaurant has mediocre taste, and there's a mandatory high-tip requirement. Chicken Teriyaki

Service was poor and had an edge. The food was mediocre at best. Nothing was served hot other than the soup. The two appetizers were inedible. Far too expensive for the quality of the food or the service. We will never go there again.

Excellent service. We chose to sit at a table where our food would be prepared in front of us. Be prepared if you choose this as you are randomly seated with a few other people. The chef was really fun to watch and very talented and put on a good show. He even worked around allergies that were brought up, being careful not to taint food with allergens. This was a really fun evening that we'll remember forever!

While the food was good and fairly priced, the service was pretty bad. We asked for water 3 times and they only brought some for a corner of our table. Didn't bring forks until the food was on the table and we asked for them. The “show” was so bare minimum - our chef did the onion volcano (kind of) and cracked a few eggs in a fun way, but there was nothing else.

The chef had the worst lackluster energy. No flips, tricks, but made a mess for sure. Had to ask about the saki gun and then he kept moving backwards as if he wanted to make a mess on my clothes. Had reservations that clearly stated it was a birthday dinner, and didn't get any song or anything. Last but not least classless staff added 18% gratuity to my bill for a party of 3 and then tried to make up for it by comping 1 meal. I'd rather have paid full price for my food then tip the service that night. The other group sat at my table felt the same and just happens we were the only melanated group in the establishment. Imagine watching every other table just lit up with joy because of the entertainment and then there's you with the chef who just cooked everyone's rice all together and then tossed it on ur plate. Not disappointed, Just DISGUSTED. Do Better.

I had a great time.We were seated straight away, the hostess even complied with our request to sit away from the noisy group she just sat before us. Had to wait, but not for too long, for the chef. The server was nice and the food was tasty. My only complaint is that vegetarians should get an extra serving of rice for the veggie meal to be more fulfilling.
