They have really gone downhill! I was super excited about their new latte flavor Saffron Vanilla Latte (7-8 dollars). The baristas could not stop talking when they are making the coffee. They also cannot make a decent latte while talking. The milk was oversteamed and the texture was bad. The latte tasted like medicine to me rather than coffee. It just does not worth the money. I rather go to local coffee shops such as gracenote or broadsheet.

I'm biased, I really like Blue Bottle brand coffee, so it's nice to have access to a shop like this. Their bags of beans are worth the price if you like good quality coffee. The staff were friendly. There is a unisex bathroom on-site.

The atmosphere inside the store is comfortable and quiet, but not a space suitable for long periods of sitting. The coffee is made very slowly and the taste is not that good. It is within the normal range. Just drink it again if you want.
Clean modern cafe in Kendall square. The matcha is very good (comes slightly sweetened) but the price is also quite high (nearly 8 bucks) for a latte. The waffle has a really nice texture as well. Would come back to treat myself!

The worst coffee I've ever had.First, I asked for a cappucino and was surprised to know they simply don't have it. Then I asked for a regular late. They gave me a drink that was barely hot, with a milk that was not steamed and with a weird sweetyish taste. Disgusting.Also, they didnt have a simple green tea nor any pastry
