This is a great place to grab lunch. It is small (I think there are only 6 tables), but the food is delicious. It is approachable Asian and will not disappoint.

My go to lunch spot. My favorite is the crispy ginger chicken bowl and everything I’ve had is delicious. Online ordering is easy and fast.

Been eating here couple times a week for years. Unfortunately, it seems recently like they’ve significantly reduced portion size of the toppings. Now it’s mostly rice with a few tablespoons of the other ingredients and I’ve started eating elsewhere as a result.I understand inflation has squeezed profits but please just raise the prices and return to reasonable portions.I should note this only seems to be this location.

Fast and delicious. The service at this location has improved dramatically Sind it first opened. Ordering ahead is a game-changer and the online system works well. One Kendall Square (the complex) has become an uncomfortable high-security office park rather than the welcoming environment it once was, so eating at one of the outdoor tables is not especially pleasant. Not Bon Me’s fault - blame Alexandria for that.

Subu loved the SICHUAN MAZEMAN -ramen noodles coated in a savory and nutty sauce, crunchy veggies and topped with peanuts and sesame seeds! Yum !! Finger licking good in every bite.

Some vegan options available, the tofu is quite good but the rice noodles I got were very soggy and broken

I gave this place a few chances - I went to their food truck and their restaurant, and got a meal from them that was catered for an event I went to. I love banh mi and soba noodles typically so I really thought I'd love this place. The service is pretty good - things are made to order and the lines aren't too long if you go before or after lunchtime. The ingredients always seem fresh which is another plus. However, every time I've had the food it is just so, so plain - soba, chicken, and other main meal components are unflavored and relatively dry. Maybe it's a part of Bon Me's health mantra but time and time again I've gotten something, it looks good, it sounds good, but it's like eating textured water. I don't know how they manage to succeed in keeping the taste so consistently bland. I grew up with boiled chicken, so I figured I knew what bland was. I remember the catered meals - they were presented so nicely, but when it came to eating the food everything was sauceless - Teriyaki chicken and soba noodles was plain chicken and plain soba noodles. The one thing that saves them is their drinks - they're all pretty good and I especially liked the Thai Basil Lemonade.I still want to try them again and hope they taste better next time.

I used to be a more frequent customer before I decided to watch my waste line! Definitely try the fried chicken!

I used to love this place but I think the quality and quantity has decreased over the years. I just paid $14 for the Vietnamese summer bowl and it is tiny, flavorless, unimaginative, and they charged to swap chicken for tofu. I'm leaving still very hungry.

Very tasty banh mi sandwiches. The price is reasonable as well.

Ordered the miso kimchi ramen and a Thai tea and it was delicious! It was very busy so I wouldn't recommend eating inside if you have a larger party because there are people using the space waiting for their order (also kind of loud). Luckily, there is plenty of outdoor seating. The staff worked quickly and were very friendly. Very large portion - left full! Definitely a must try!

I really want to like this place. I love korean and vietnamese food. Everything I've tried is decent. It's not terrible. But the flavors are a bit too subtle for me. Especially compared to other places with similar cuisine. The pho broth is kinda boring. The kimchi just kinda tastes plain. And the fried rice is good but not as good as any standard Chinese takeout joint.
