I want to give this place 5 stars, but every time I get food from here it’s sloppily prepared and is a major task to eat. Don’t get me wrong, it’s so tasty, but I find it falls apart or is soggy within 10 minutes because there’s either too much sauce or it’s thrown together.

This local business is my favorite breakfast spot to go to for THE BEST iced Chai latte and iced Mocha in Cambridge. The service is beyond great, the staff are always so nice and they greet me warmly each time I come in! They, and the caffeine, make my mornings so much more pleasant. ❤️Vegetarian options: Vegan options as well!! They are so accommodatingKid-friendliness: A great place for the family to stop in before weekend activities

Phenomenal coffee and excellent service from the staff. Easily one of the best cafes in Cambridge. I highly recommend this place for breakfast and lunch.

I highly recommend Brooklyn Bagel Factory. They opened up in Inman Square roughly a year ago. They're open nice and early for your coffee and breakfast needs. (Breakfast all day!) Lots of vegan and vegetarian options. For lunch, they've got sandwiches and pizza. Customer service is great. Portions are large. If you haven't stopped in, give em a try. You'll be happy you did.

I go here every weekend. They have great bagels and coffee.

What a disappointment! The cashier was friendly & said that the bagels are shipped from Brooklyn which I’m quite certain is a lie. The menu has a lot of options for sandwiches but not a lot of bagel options. The bagel itself was bland, tasted like a grocery store bagel. The sandwich was a total mess, too much cream cheese, and too big chunks of food. The coffee was also gross, heavily artificial syruped.

I used to order from here alot.Their muffins was what I mainly ordered for.The muffins were huge and were half a pound. It would last me more than day, so the $5+ dollars seems justified. Now they are giving smaller muffins, which are just the standard size and the price is still $5.99.

A complete disaster in service and management. Front of house cashier will walk away for 20 minutes at a time while there are 2 dozen people in line.Vegetarian options: Decent vegetarian options.

Love coming here for their bagel sandwiches on weekend mornings. Their cold brew has been my favorite coffee I've tried!

I ordered a smoked salmon sandwich on an Asiago bagel and a waffle with chocolate chips and bananas. The bagel was not great and didn’t taste close a New York-style bagel, but the veggies were fresh. The bananas on the waffle had large black spots. Also, as a place that mostly sells bagels and finger food they should really have a bathroom where customers can wash their hands.

The food here is really good with plenty of options. I got the iced chai latte and fresh pond bagel. The bagel was big, super filling and what I’m expecting from a bagel sandwich. The latte was a bit on the sweeter than spicy side, but the boba like presentation makes you want it. It’s crowded here on Sundays! They also don’t have a great system for calling people up when their orders are ready, so there was a lot of confusion, but the bollywood music and general atmosphere is fun if you ignore the people who are annoyed and tired waiting.Vegetarian options: There is a fairly large vegan and vegetarian menu including vegan cream cheese and veggie bagel sandwiches.

The bagels were fantastic. Food didn’t take long at all. In and Out would highly recommend. Great prices.

No qualms about the bagels. It was a good option previously for my girlfriend (who is gluten-free) and me before this past weekend, one of the only games in town to offer both options. Came in at the end of the usual Saturday AM rush. Waited 20 minutes in line before being acknowledged by staff, not a problem. When another customer in line asked why nobody had been served, the response to us was "We don't need your orders," before walking away. Quality is not worth the hassle -- plenty of other just-as-good options in the area. Will not be returning.

Kind of bland bagels and the “Everything” had almost no toppings. For the same price you’re better off going to Bagelsaurus, Davis Square Bagels, or 1369
