Just had a great drive-thru experience! Wendy helped us get everything we needed before our road trip with picky, messy kids, including spill-proof kids for our shakes and plenty of ketchup. My Impossible Whopper was just right and the fries hit the spot.

I must say the food was good. The fries were hot and fresh just the way I like them, the burgers were juicy, plump and tasty just the way I like them. The only fault was the wait time. We waited a long time for our food.

i got really nasty food poisoning from their spicy chicken nuggets this afternoon. everyone working here is nice and the front of house is very clean so i threw an extra star on but i will not be coming back

Burger King on 679 Concord Avenue, CAMBRIDGE, MA is the WORST!!! I am totally blind and had an order put in with specific instructions to ring my apartment doorbell so I could let the driver in so that the order could be taken to my apartment. The app said that the order was delivered and since it never came to me, I never got it. Since I cannot see, I have no idea where the driver left the order. This is totally irresponsible and I put down a tip for the driver who obviously was incompetent. I have tried calling Burger King for the last half hour and all I get is a busy signal. This is outrageous!!!

Stopped by at 10:45 by bicycle expecting BK to be open (12am listed). Lobby was closed. Tried drive through but was unable to order there either.
Very bad costumer service you guys need to hired more educated persons in there I went inside the restaurant 2 employees sit down on chair and the rest doing nothing they see me standing in front of the counter for a few minutes they pass by me and no body doents even say one moment, nothing at all like i was no body standing there

Don't let them tell you to move forward in the drive through window. They mess your order up too often at the night shift and it makes it difficult to have your order corrected. They argued with me about giving me the right burger when they gave me somebody else's meal. I just asked for them to give me what I paid for and they gave me back a bag with a scrambled burger in it. Too lazy to actually make the correction so they just dumped the missing pieces in the bag with the burger. Ridiculous.
