I get to eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I have to say the customer service is always great and they keep the spot well organized regularly. Pricing is reasonable and they serve sizeable portions.

If you are going to splurge, this is the place to do it. The food is extremely flavorful and so are the drinks. For drinks, I got the bumblebee and my husband got the pika. Both were delicious. For dinner I got the tagliolini and the duck entree while my husband got the lobster bisque and the steak entree. The food was very tasty and the dessert was the cherry on the cake - the chocolate and beets dessert. The food is so unique and the presentation makes it very special. Come here for date night or a special occasion. You will not regret spending money.

There’s usually at least one drink or plate that’s instagram worthy and one that’s a worthwhile new combination, but can be hard to find in the rotating menu.

The food and drinks here are definitely on the expensive side for small portions of food, but the presentation is intricate and everything tastes good. Some cocktails come with an edible sticker and colorful foam on top, which is a lot of fun.
Super neat atmosphere! Ian is a fantastic bar manager and bartender! He was working an free event I attended and his bar, which was secondary to the main bar and in a side room, was the absolute most fun and lively place in the whole Cafe!

What are the chances that a nightmare waiter from Ciao Bella in the North End would wind up working in Kendall Square? Well he did. As soon as this "waiter" started to belittle us for asking questions about the menu his arrogance and unprofessional remarks felt extremely familiar--and I lost my appetite. This waiter had ruined another meal we had in the North End last August! BEWARE! Then, after telling the manager that we could not tolerate this horrendous employee--we saw a small mouse run across the dining room floor. That was enough--we departed and won't return.
